BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke used their avatar and PS to stop Obito as a whole and remove the bijuus, not TSB.....

Minato's chakra isn't the same as Senjutsu enhanced Indra /Ashura chakra, the reason Obito's sword broke is because Naruto and Sasuke had enough power to match the weapon and Naruto's will was strong enough to over-power Obito's.

Yes Naruto doesn't need the sword, but with it he wouldn't need to use any other jutsu

It shaped reality, universe, etc. not the earth not once in the manga have the tsb been stated to do anything that low. Hagoromo can just clap his hands to shape a planet
