you obviously didn't look far enough, because Madara makes a statement that directly implicates him having used it before having Rinnegan. And if that's not good enough for you, his unstabilized PS is seen in his VotE fight against Hashirama. Try again.

If Madara had/used Perfect Susanoo against Hashirama, he wouldn't need the kyuubi to take out hashirama.

So I'm going by the databook on this one: Iso a.k.a Magic garb Susanoo.

I honestly don't see a difference iso and PS have all the things in common just one is covering kyuubi the other isn't.

That scan proves nothing because when shikamaru got his chakra sucked dry by the shinju and was about to die he still had Naruto's cloak it just was laying dormant for the most part. IIRC the cloak is what kept him alive. So if shikamaru kept his cloak after getting sucked dry by the shinju then I'm pretty sure Sasuke still had his at that point.

Iso Susanoo is an armor that provides protection of the kyuubi and its paws:

It's not even as a mountain size.

That scan proves nothing because when shikamaru got his chakra sucked dry by the shinju and was about to die he still had Naruto's cloak it just was laying dormant for the most part. IIRC the cloak is what kept him alive. So if shikamaru kept his cloak after getting sucked dry by the shinju then I'm pretty sure Sasuke still had his at that point.
