That's what I believe. Most say that when he infused his Susano'o with Kurama's avatar. But I prefer to say Rinnegan Sasuke.

If that's the only instance of him using something even remotely close to PS then wouldn't the logical conclusion be that Naruto's chakra boated Sasuke's Susano? Much like it does with everyone else's chakra? Why did he just use legged Susano when fighting on his own against jubito? Wouldn't the logical conclusion be that Sasuke gained the POWER to use PS because Rikudou's chakra gave him the POWER to do so?

except the manga never shows EMS Sasuke being capable of anything beyond a biped Susano'o. So no one is really disagreeing with what the manga has showed other than the ppl who are claiming Sasuke had one. Sasuke wasn't ever seen or mentioned as being able to even conjure an unstabilized PS before Hagoromo gave him chakra.

No Sasuke's Susano'o always developed overtime as he fight the time he used PS Naruto's chakra was gone when JJ Obito slammed them with his TSB hands. Him using legged is the same as him using v4 against zestu clones. If he doesn't have PS then Madara doesn't either since they both only showed "iso Susano'o" with EMS.

if you paid enough attention to Madara's fight vs. the Gokage, he mentioned that he used it at least once long before he ever had Rinnegan. Try again.

No. At that point Naruto's kuubi cloak hadn't left the SA and that includes Sasuke. You wanna take my word for it or u want the scan?

Ok,so it is now pretty clear that neither Sasuke nor Madara used Absolute/Complete Susano'o in their battles against obito/Hashirama. It's was just "Susno'o" wrapped around 9-tails. Likely 9-tails physical power allowed to slash that mountains,as Susano'o is only a garb/armor in this jutsu

This I can fully agree with. In time, of course he would have developed PS just like Madara did. He did not, however, have it during his fight with Jubito.

and fot those who want to make disticntion btw iso and full body ps, the power is no different as madara showed. he cut mountains with shockwaves against the gokages, same thing his iso ps did at vote, so no difference in power. iso is simply covering kyuubi in ps armor, still ps.
