Description:
Ice Make is the result of many years of training. Ice make isn't an attack or defense, its a hand seal. Where normal hand seals are used to gather and manipulate chakra, Ice Make takes it one step farther. To perform Ice make the user simply places their balled up fist on top of their open palm. This allows the user to concentrate and to pour more chakra into their ice techniques. It doesn't make them strong enough to counter ices weakness but it does make them stronger than ice jutsus used by the opponent. Ice make has another use, if the seal is held after performing an ice jutsu the user can spend the exact same chakra points to regenerate the ice back to its original strength and form, but only if it isn't completely destroyed.

-Must be stated in the bio or posted at the beginning of a fight.
-Regenerating can only be used twice and counts as a move.

Description:

By taking advantage of his unique body structure, Kakuzu created a technique that would potentially help him in releasing genjutsu by pain without having the side effects of it. With this particular technique, Kakuzu will be able to manifest a Dark thread in his body to either sever, pierce or slash his body to produce considerable pain in order to release him from any form of Genjutsu ( Except Forbidden and MS grade Genjutsu ). There is certain side effects and the rank depends on the intensity of damage inflicted on the user's body. As soon as the Damage is inflicted, The user will make the dark thread refill that region covering the ruptured and damaged dark thread.

D rank : A Dark thread will make slight slash which wouldn't make much damage. Can be used to release D rank Genjutsu. No side effects.

C rank : A pair of Dark thread will cut of a small chunk of flesh on any part of the body. Can be used to release C rank and below genjutsu. Used to reform the Dark thread to cover the injured region/ similar injuries from other techniques. No side effects.

B rank : A bunch of Dark threads will Pierce the palm of either of the hands like a kunai stab in the hands in order to release the user from B rank and below genjutsu. These bunch of dark thread can be used to simultaneously refill the Dark threads in the injured area. Cannot use faster hand seals and hand seals above 4 for 2 turns.

A rank : A large bunch of Dark threads will puncture any vital muscle like the thigh muscle or shoulder muscle etc releasing the opponent from A rank and below genjutsu. These large bunch of Dark threads can be used to simultaneously refill the dark threads in the injured region or in an already injured region. Particular part goes numb for two turns. If used at shoulders, cannot use faster hand seal and hand seals more than three for 3 turns.

S rank: A very large bunch of dark threads that is used to sever any limb and then re connect it to the body. Can be used to release S rank and below genjutsu. Reconnecting takes a full turn and cannot use the particular limb whilst re-connecting. Limb goes numb for 2 turns after getting reconnected. Cannot use faster hand seal, above 3 hand seal and S rank and above EGF techniques for two turns after getting reconnected.

Description: A technique based heavily on chakra and shape manipulation,which applies the usage of earth in its creation process. The user concentrates their doton chakra on the base of their fingernails just bordering the skin, and creates earth structures which uproots out of each of their ten fingernails. These said structures have a double helix meaning that they each compromise of a pair of parallel helices intertwined about a common axis,similar to that of the human DNA,the structures span well over 30 inches in length and a diameter spanning over 5mm thick. Due to this the user is unable to perform any techniques requiring hand contact when this technique is in use. The double helix structures carry brute force and are capable of causing damages if struck with it or breaking down solid based structures[ A rank or lower]. It can also be used in defense by the user crossing his two palms together forming a sort of a protective web which can protect him against solid based attacks or water based attacks A rank and below. The said structures abide to the general elemental weakness and strengths meaning they can be cut or broken by elements of the same rank who they share equality or elements of a lower rank who they have a weakness to, they can especially be very useful in taijutsu battles or long range battles where the user can grab and forcefully pull the opponents body towards him to aid him in battle.

Description: Crip walking is a rhythmic dancing technique which was originally created by members of a gang called the crips,but has been remodeled into a form of taijutsu based rhythmic choreography to aid in battle. Unlike druken fist where the user is intoxicated and actions are spontaneous, crip walking is deliberate and done by the user. The technique is primarily an act of performing quick and intricate footwork and using that the opponent is able to perform both evasive and offensive movements, which have a certain degree of unpredictability to them due to the speed at which the intricate footwork is done.

Description: The user forms a single handseal and places the opponent in a genjutsu. This genjutsu affects the bones (not literally). As soon as the target is under the effect of the illusion, he/she will experience burning sensation all over their body. Suddenly their bones start disintegrating. They won't be able to see it of course, but they will feel it. Kaguya Clan members will see their bones turn to dust if they have them appear outside their body. As a result, they will lose the control over their body, as they can no longer stand. The burning sensation will continue while the user falls down, unable to move his limbs due to the unavailable support from their spine or any other bone. In reality, the user simply falls down on his back (imitating himself in the illusion), as he experiences the illusion.
Restrictions:
~ Can be used 3 times.

General Description: The gannets are large white sea birds with yellowish heads; black tipped wings; and long bills. General Gannets will have a wing span of up to 2 meters while large summons (like boss summons) may be as huge as Gamabunta, while small baby gannets will be comparatively smaller. Gannets hunt fish by diving from a height into the sea and pursuing their prey underwater. Gannets have a number of adaptations which make them stand out from other birds: Gannets dive from a height of 30 metres, achieving speeds of 100 km/h as they strike the water, enabling them to catch fish much deeper than most airborne birds as the structure of their bodies is adapted for this practice. They do not have external nostrils and their secondary nostrils can be closed when they want, mostly when they are in water. The opening of their auditory canal is very small and is covered with feathers; the openings can also be closed in water using a system that is similar to that used for the nostrils.They have air sacs in their face and chest under their skin which act like bubble wrapping, cushioning the impact with the water. The sternum is very strong and sufficiently long to provide protection for the internal organs from impacts with water. This is also a reason why trained Gannets are immune to up to A-Rank and below water attacks (Each summon will only be immune to water jutsus of their own Rank with the exception of S-Rank summons who will be immune to only A-Rank water). The feathers are waterproof, which allows the birds to spend long periods in water. Their beak is long, strong and conical with a slight downward curve at the end. The front part has a sharp edge. Their eyes are positioned far enough forward on their face to give them binocular vision, allowing them to judge from long range distances accurately. When they see a fish they will dive into the water. They usually push their prey deeper into the water and capture it as they return to the surface. The bird’s subcutaneous air bags aid their rapid return to the surface. Ninja Gannets are usually trained in the use of Kenjutsu. Description:This technique was developed by a Nara Clan member who wanted to devise new ways of getting out of Nara Clan shadows. This technique was specifically developed to counter a shadow once you get captured in Shadow possession, and hence requires no handseals. The user channels his raiton chakra throughout the body which makes his skin glow. The light emmited from his skin is of the highest intensity (S-rank) such that it affects in a way similar to the flashbombs. The light is so intense that the opponent has to either look away or close his eyes as it pricks the retina. The second phase is when, this chakra that resides in the skin, is released into the atmosphere from all around the user. The chakra exits the body in the form of tiny bolts (sand-grain sized) and can easily reside in the moisture in the air. The moment the user releases the chakra, he returns back to the normal color. The tiny bolts of lightening, spreads throughout the battlefield and can be be manipulated with simple hand gestures. These tiny bolts can be manipulated to attack the opponent as a whole or in parts (2 each of B-Rank max). These tiny bolts can be easily spotted by naked eyes as they illuminate the entire battlefield. In entirety, these bolts can be compared with water that has a volume of 100 cubic meters. The bolts can only reside in the atmosphere for a maximum of 3 turns before dissipating into nothingness.

The user makes the Ram handseal after which they channel their katon chakra into the ground to flow through the ground and once it reaches below the target, the user shape manipulates the katon chakra to form a giant snake of raw fire that emerges from under the target, curling round the target and dealing major burns on the target's skin after which it engulfs the target and burns up the target.

(Raiton Dageki) Lightning Strike

(Futon Doragon) Wind Dragon

Description:
This jutsu has two phases. The user first makes the Dog handseal and channels their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air to flow towards the target and once it gets close to the target, the air current around the target increase and starts to hit the target from the left and right, knocking the target into mid-air while the target swings from left to right due to the forces of the air current around them. As the target reaches a certain height from the ground, the user quickly makes the Tiger handseal and holds it and then a wind dragon forms above the target in mid-air and pushes the target downwards with tremendous speed, knocking the target down and leaving the target unconscious.
- Can only be taught by me.
- Can only be done once.
- The jutsu lasts for one round.
- No A-rank and above wind in the same round.
- No S-rank wind in the next round.
- The whole jutsu takes 5 seconds to finish. So it is quite fast.

The chains act also as a shield against attacks; the chains immerse in the user chakra creates a blue energy shield to block against incoming attack. The electrical energy in contact stun, the loud sound deaf and bright sparks blind the enemy temporary. The storm bomb look just like a regular ninja bomb. It is not advisable to use within close range as the user can harm themselves too.

Description: Hanging Gardens of Babylon is a technique that focuses on altering the component of the user's water jutsu. Suiton has existed in many forms that fall under general style. For example, oil techniques, mist techniques and syrup or sticky techniques. This jutsu focuses on changing the composition of the water jutsu to either of these things at one given time. As a result, each composition change will carry different effects and weaknesses. However despite the change in strengths and weaknesses unique to each form of water, they still follow the basic elemental weakness of water, Earth. Each of these forms are given a specific name to go under: Syrupy composition is given the name Ishtar Gate, Mist composition dawns the name Tower of Babel and Oily composition has the name Ruins of Akkad. The change between each form is instant but still requires a move per turn after the jutsu is activated.

Ishtar Gate: Ishtar Gate gets its name for its defensive properties which are related to syrup techniques. The user focuses chakra into the their water jutsu to change its composition from a free flowing water jutsu into a highly viscous substances that sticks on to most if not all surfaces and as well as onto the opponent trapping then. By turning the water into a highly dense and sticky substance, the jutsu loses its ability to conduct lightning properly which acts as a double edged sword. The user loses the ability to string together lightning and water combos but at the same time is able to stop non-concentrated techniques such as Chidori Nagashi or even in some cases telegram flash. Due to being highly dense and viscous, the water jutsu's speed decreases by half

Ruins of Akkad: By focusing chakra into the water jutsu, the user can change its composition from a fire resistant substance into a highly flammable substance. Oil techniques are mostly offensive and should be moved that way. Ruins of Akkad allows the opponent to put more fire and water combos together because the water jutsu is flammable. Due to the natural nature of oil, it does not mix well with water techniques keeping them separated even if the oil submerged in water. This temporarily takes away the user's ability to form and stack strong water combos together as they won't flow together. Changing the composition from a water jutsu to an oily water jutsu has no affect on its speed.

Tower of Babel: The Tower of Babel allows the user to convert water jutsu into mist techniques by focusing chakra into them and changing its composition and physical state. Due to the water becoming lighter the speed of the jutsu doubles by now is more susceptible to being blown away and dispersed by wind jutsu easily. Tower of Babel is the only style that doesn't combine with other elements well and is best used on its own.

This jutsu lasts 3 turns and can be used three times per battle, each usage has a two turn cool down in between. Only one of these effects can be active at once time to stop being stacked upon. The user of this technique must have mastery over water release.

Declined. How do you make contact with the water (to insert chakra into it, needed to make these changes) when it isn't nearby anymore? I can undestand the usage at nearby, defensive water techniques, but techniques that have been sent off "do their thing" and you really have little control over them unless stated in the technique itself. There's a small line in between focusing chakra in something, somewhere (for example: creating earth techs under the opponent requires contact with the earth, and creating techniques in thin air is different) and altering chakra in a technique somewhere.

Remember: techniques are the result of chakra being used, most of the time they don't retain their chakra, only when they continue to have a special effect or cause something to happen. Even then, you need a way to contact this chakra.

This temporarily takes away the user's ability to form and stack strong water combos together as they won't flow together. Changing the composition from a water jutsu to an oily water jutsu has no affect on its speed.

Tower of Babel: The Tower of Babel allows the user to convert water jutsu into mist techniques by focusing chakra into them and changing its composition and physical state. Due to the water becoming lighter the speed of the jutsu doubles by now is more susceptible to being blown away and dispersed by wind jutsu easily. Tower of Babel is the only style that doesn't combine with other elements well and is best used on its own.

To achieve the effects of this jutsu the user has to be in contact with the water or in certain cases where a continuous stream of water is released from the user this jutsu can be used on it. In cases where the user is still in complete control of their water jutsu after it moves away from them this jutsu can be used also by converting the state of the water jutsu through this technique.

This jutsu lasts 3 turns and can be used three times per battle, each usage has a two turn cool down in between. Only one of these effects can be active at once time to stop being stacked upon. The user of this technique must have mastery over water release.

‡ Declined ‡ Too many things wrong here. Oily water techniques are no longer allowed. The sticky water part feels like a one time activation variant of SY's Sticky Infusion. Not allowing the speed of your techniques to double when made into the mist variant. I personally don't see myself approving this.

The potency of their venom makes them excellent predators and poisonous to fishermen and divers. Lion fish Venom is very deadly so deadly that the lion fish earned a spot on the top 10 for the most venomous marine animals in the world , If a opponent gets stung by one the lion fishes poisonous spines , The spine comes off of the fish & stays in the opponents skin as it as its venom sack injects Neurotixic Venom throughtout the opponents body.

The opponent will first experience a burning sensation like there body is on fire even if the spine is removed the sensation lasts 10 minutes

while on top of that the area where the opponent got stung begins to swell up & begins to experience pain.The opponent will the start feeling nauseated & begin throwing up with also getting a High fever due to the venom. It also weakens the force of muscle contractions(Unable to use that part of the body after awhile ) & Increases the heart rate of the opponent

It is very simple to stop all of this the opponent must use heated water to stop & break down the venom on the affected area.

Their active role is to do as the summoner says & also protect the summoner at all costs , .

And Lionfish being on the top 5 Venomous fishes in the world can do just that

These Lionfish Can Harness the Element of water & Lightning , The lionfish that harness the element of water can seep venom into a surrounding water source making opponents unable to use the source , While also squirting Venom/Water from there spins at will.

The lionfish that harness the element of lightning can swim through the earth covering themselves in raiton chakra making them able to move the same speeds as when there in water (Swims as fast as the user runs/W no Boosts) They can submerge underground and in a split second extend there spines to impale anything that's above it/ & Can also use there spines a giant lightning rods when the weather is bad

The smallest lionfish is about 12inches , while some of the largest Lionfish summoning are the size of gamabunta

They are very useful in battle , Some of which are used for distractions , Some for inflicting damage , Some for support , they are as useful as Toad summonings.

Distributing dominant shockwaves as to the horizon, knocking down trees if any are in the landscape. This may also be initiated with a stomp of their feet instead, after performing the handseals. Anything that has contact with the ground affected by the jutsu will be flung into the air. The ground within the radius is then made to ascend upwards many meters as a result creating a large mesa (unstable wave-like protrusions of earth). Once the mesa is created, the user will execute one more handseal which will cause the landmass to rupture into countless amounts of debris, nonetheless still holding its shape, using immense chakra reserves to cause the numerous amount of rocks to collide down back to the gruond. Thus causing a decimated landscape which will be irreparable. The destructive force is enough to knock down otherwise built or summoned structures of equal rank.

The old house would have a senile, dancing penguin with fresh bite marks belonging to that of a spider in one corner of the room, laughing hysterically as his skin begins decaying whilst looking upwards at the cracked and cobwebbed covered roof. On the command of the crazed penguin, by pointing one wind upwards then slamming it down towards the opponent, hundreds of spiders consisting of black widows, funnel webs, brown recluses, etc. would come down dangling from their webs. Eventually, the webs would wrap the opponent up from head to toe as the spiders sank their venomous fangs into the opponent's silk covered flesh, causing immediate pain. The side effects from the venom, numerous in number, would include things like the opponent's flesh to deteriorate from the enzymes in the venom, immediate flare ups in temperature, and in worst cases could result in death. If the opponent wouldn't break the genjutsu in time, they would die in said genjutsu and suffer eighty damage from mental stress, but be broken from the genjutsu.

Genjutsu: Shoki Henkan -Illusionary Arts: Initial Transformation.
Type:Supplementary

Damage: 60 (due to extreme body ache).
Description: After weaving the bird > boar handseals, the user channels his chakra into the opponent's brain setting into play an illusion. The illusion begins by making the opponent's sketal system go into malfunction. The opponent's bones would firstly rotate in the opposite direction making a full 360 turn while also his ribs turn inwards opposite their normal position. The joints connecting the hip bones also turns the opposite forcefully making the opponent skeletal structure turn into that of a four legged animal. This whole process is similar to a Lycantroph bloodline transformation as well as a werewolf. The pain experienced in the illusion would totally disrupt the opponent's nervous system while he gets paralysed in the real world suffering from the bone disorder since he'd think they're out of place.
Can only be used thrice per battle with one turn cool down in between usage.

The new cycle starts on 23/03/2015 (at the time of this post) and ends on 29/03/2015. The thread will be closed for a day so I can check any remaining submissions and then it will be re-opened.

Rules of all upcoming cycles
1) Checking will happen throughout the week rather than at the end. Only make your submission when its complete as its liable to being checked there and then. No need to rush like crazy to submit your stuff since as you've seen, I check things in a random order.

2) To avoid clutter you're only allowed to make one post. This means if your post is checked and it only contains one technique, you cannot make another post to submit additional techniques. If you wish to submit the full three techniques, I suggest you post them all in one post when all of them are ready.

3) Of course this means resubmissions in the same cycle are no longer allowed.

The monkey twins, a summoning exclusive to Kirikoe himself, these young monkeys are the new generation in the monkey kingdom, still being quite young these two monkeys are but half the size of King enma himself, Uzo the older brother of the two being the one born first dons a white fur with black patches over his limbs where as Muzo don's a black fur with small white patches over his, due to being twins and thus having a special connection to each other their main method of communication is telepathy.

Being playful by nature they love practical jokes and mocking people and have a general immature personality, these two just simply like to have fun and the ultimate fun for them is fighting, these two monkeys albeit being young and immature are still quite talented and have fought in many battles along side their siblings and racking up various experience due to this both of the young monkeys discovered they have a talent for the lightning element, however since both are young and thus their chakra pools are lower, to perform most lightning jutsu they combine their powers performing the hand-seals in sync, jutsu that generally require a shadow clone to perform these two can perform with each other instead, these two monkeys having a mastery over lightning jutsu are able to use all canon lightning jutsu that the user himself has learned with one hand-seal.

Like few of the monkeys within the monkey kingdom these two twins have a transformation ability, the Adamantine tonfa, these twins have the ability to turn into a pair of tonfa which can extend and retract with great speeds at the users will just like Enma's transformation.

Note - To summon Uzo and Muzo one must have signed the monkey contract and be taught by Kirikoe

I didn't find the whole making contact with one another/technique being split in power thing logical. If for whatever reason you don't like the changes, contact me via PM and I'll decline this for you. No idea why you restricted them to canon techniques, fixed that for you.

Desciption: The user after performing a single handseal concentrates his wind chakra just above the palm of his hand, making his wind rotate violently and condensing it the user creates a very long and solid spear above his palm about 7 feet long and 4 inches thick, the spear would take shape starting from the middle and would proceed to extend rotating outwards as it forms until finally completing the spear, the spiraling of the wind will get thinner and thinner as it reaches both ends of the spear eventually crafting both ends into a sharp rotating points. The creation of the spear is quite a fast process, and once complete, extends up to short range when utilizing it as a weapon.

The spear itself would be very much like a drill due to its rotational current, thus greatly increasing its speed and piercing abilities. Once thrown, the spear gives off a devastating cutting wind aura when it lands, which tears up anything around it within a meter. The aura is equal to a B-rank wind jutsu.

- Can be used a total of 2 times
- No S rank wind techs or above the next turn

Desciption: The user after performing a single handseal concentrates his wind chakra just above the palm of his hand, making his wind rotate violently and condensing it the user creates a very long and solid spear above his palm about 7 feet long and 4 inches thick, the spear would take shape starting from the middle and would proceed to extend rotating outwards as it forms until finally completing the spear, the spiralling of the wind will get thinner and thinner as it reaches both ends of the spear eventually crafting both ends into a sharp rotating points. The creation of the spear is quite a fast process, and once complete, extends up to short range when utilizing it as a weapon.

While the spear is still in the user's hands being used as a weapon, the user contains the wind and condenses it, allowing for extended use making it so when the spear comes into contact with anything that the explosion that would normally be caused does not go off, the user can choose to set the explosion off whiles using the spear as a weapon however it harms the user in the process if done so

The spear itself would be very much like a drill due to its rotational current, thus greatly increasing its speed and piercing abilities. Once thrown, the spear gives off a devastating cutting wind aura when it lands, which tears up anything around it within a meter. The aura is equal to a B-rank wind jutsu.

Description: The user channels high levels of wind around his fist, once done the user strikes forward at the opponent using a twisting screw motion with his weight behind it, which causes the wind around the fist to rotate rapidly around the arm, the strike when aimed towards the heart of the opponent aided by the wind and the corkscrew motion, if landed causes the heart to stop momentarily, this in turn causes the opponent to be paralysed for a few mere seconds allowing enough time for the user to follow up with a second attack which lets the user to take the lead.

When not aimed at the heart the technique is a powerful blow with the power to severely knock back the opponent and break bone, the paralysis only comes into fruition when aimed at the heart.

The wind used disperses throughout the opponents body when struck and is seen clearly dispersing out of the opponent the other side of the struck place, this wind that travels through the opponents body disrupts the opponents organs such as the lungs which affects the opponents breathing slightly making their body feel sluggish and heavy and takes a full turn to get over the affects.

Description: Orion is Silver's very own weapon/summon. He is a 9ft tall powerful and well renown toad/protector of Mount Myoboku. Orion is incapable of performing Ninjutsu beyond his transformation technique. This special technique is called Transformation: Orion's Belt. It transforms this creature into Orion's Belt, Silver's very own blade that is as hard as titanium. He is also able to produce various body parts, such as eyes or arms, from the sword. Additionally, Orion can still move on his own in the sword form, allowing him to return to Silvers. This blade's ability allows its user to create a spherical space or "room", where the user has complete control over the placement and orientation of the objects inside, making the user a Free Modification Human. It allows the user to manipulate anything within a specific area except for his opponent or their summons, such as, cannonballs, and ships in what was described as a "surgical" manner, within a spherical territory bordered by a light blue aura. Through this ability, Silvers can lift or displace objects of any size and switch himself with objects within the vicinity. A drawback to the sword is that the user of Orion can only use its powers within a specific area (50x50 meter radius), so if the target moves outside the area, they are immune to its powers. It appears that Silvers has to make hand gestures to move objects. Furthermore, while Silvers can control everything within a particular area (Bar the exceptions stated prior), if he is not focused this is not doable, meaning that no other jutsu can be performed at the same time. In order for Silvers to swap objects or himself inside the Room, there must be an object to swap with. Upon activation it begins as a circular spinning sphere located within the user's palm and expands outwards at rapid speed. Orion's ability stem from the Toad's of Mt Myoku and their extensive knowledge of Senjutsu and the way all life interacts with each other, including the environment. The user or this summoning has no Senjutsu capabilities whatsoever and there is no link between the two at all to allow some kind of loopholes, Orion merely developed this technique learning about how things within the world interact with one another.

This Jutsu revolves around a similar concept. The user drastically increases the Chakra amount, not located on a single portion of their body, but, their entire body. Being a member of the Hyuuga clan with the Byakugan, the user has the mastered ability to release chakra from all of the openings within their body, forming around them a protective armour of nothing but Raw Chakra capable of defending against Jutsu up to S rank. If the user so wishes they can cause this armour to rapidly expand outwards in the form of a repulsive explosion reaching to mid range.

The beauty of the jutsu is that, the matter is actually aimed at the area around the opponent. The moment it comes in contact with an obstruction, it explodes creating a flames that can burn the opponent, before multiplying and creating another copy of the matter which is as hot and as dangerous as the original one. Once doubled up, they bounce like popcorns (when they're baked) and land somewhere around the opponent again, to repeat the process. The entire process continues till the matter multiplies from 2 to 32 which produces enough explosion and fire power to destroy/burn down huge summons and incinerate them. Description : This is one of the most dangerous techniques ever created, which may even take the user's own life. Only ninjas who have mastered the art of Fire release can perform this technique. This technique was originally designed to take the opponent with the user, when he died. This technique is used usually when the user is defeated/injured, there is not much hope left for him. Summoning all the remaining strength he has, the user will release a tremendous amount of fire chakra into the surrounding. Tiny embers of fire escape from his body and spread out in throughout the environment, illuminating the entire battlefield. This happens near-instantaneously as it does not cause any harm yet. When the user desires, he will command the tiny embers to blow up, causing mass destruction and obliterating everything that comes under its area. The user can, at all times restrict the range of the embers. The tiny embers blast continuously like a chain of explosion, for 2 whole turns. Right before the tiny embers explode, the embers glow brighly for a second, giving the opponent an opportunity to defend against the attack. The tiny embers have enough power to completely erase an entire village if need be.
Note:
The user usually does not survive after this. But if he does, he cannot use fire techniques above B-Rank for the next 3 turns.

These discs are slightly larger that the normal shurikens but possess a cutting power far greater than one, thanks to the cutting property of the wind. These discs are capable of flight on their own and move around passively, as they spread around the opponent before converging and attacking him from all directions. Each disc is capable of slicing the the opponent and giving him deep cuts unless he is protected by some armor. Now what makes these discs stand out, is the fact that they release lightening bolts at the opponent when they reach close range from him. Each bolt is capable of numbing and paralyzing the opponent's limb which was shot at for at least 3 seconds. The user can use this to his advantage and attack the opponent.

The user while running will channel his Wind chakra into his sword,then after reaching in proper range the user with there lead foot forward, will first perform a horizontal slash across the upper half of there target. Then using there forward foot the user will pivot and spin to the left or right side of the target while performing a second horizontal slash along the side they spin of the target. Afterwards now behind the target, the user will perform the 4th slash along there back, and apon doing so they will spin again slashing the other side they didnt attack earlier, performing a 4 combo strike, but as they finish a harmless visable stream of chakra will form from around the user and target in a 2D square.

You fail to explain how it actually achieves this +15 damage boost. Ok, you learn calligraphy....and how does that mean you do more damage in Kenjutsu? its hinted but not developed. Also, its underrestricted for something that gives that boosts and lasts too long. Nor only that but the 3 times faster thing needs to go. Thats an absolute no. I don't want this to be stackable with anything else.

The speed of which the user swings his sword is one rank faster then before(so if a S-Class uses a kenjutsu technique, it moves faster equal to as a Sannin). While its passive however, modes for example EIG or other boosting modes remove the effects of this technique for the rest of the fight.

I'm still not seeing how or why this would make your kenjutsu stronger. It also creates an issue where some techniques can't be replicated using brush stroke-type swings. I think this would be better fit as an actual technique than a boost. Or perhaps even a CFS.

The user will channel his/her chakra into there stomach, using shape manipulation to firmly form the fire chakra into heated ash. The user will then make a single hand seal, causing hot explosive ash to be released from there mouth, but keeping the hand seal in place, they further manipulate its shape till it is molded into a solid like state. The ash will take the form of a fox, but it looks nothing compared to a real one(lacking proper body parts ie eyes, teeth etc.). The fox once formed is under the user's control where they can have it moving. The fox has two abilites , the first of which the fox can fire from its mouth needle like projectiles. These once made contact can explode, creating a C - Rank explosion. The fox can aslo being its second ability disperse into a cloud of ash in order to avoid physical attacks. Once in this form however it can be easily blown away with wind technique. The user can make one more handseal and casue the entire fox to detonate creating a B-Rank explosion.

Description:/ An advanced version of Shintenshin No Jutsu) - Mind Body Change Technique, Osiris' Fate works by the user sending only a section of their own conciousness to the target's body. This allows them not to fully control the target's body, but specific limbs they choose on beforehand. In a similar way to the original, if this is used to control the hands of the opponent, then the user would lose access to his hands until he deactivates the jutsu or the opponent manages a way of doing it. Any damage done to the the limbs the user is controlling is reflected back onto him, making this a double edged sword at times. The use of this jutsu will never allow to control the opponents body fully like the original. Despite the higher rank, this jutsu is more specific and only controls two limbs at a time, whatever they may be.

Declined, DNR. Possibilities with this jutsu are too high. You could just control the two hands and the opponent would pretty much not be able to do anything.
