Zabuza has still one way which may be effective against Killer bee.
He could make the water heavy like he did against Kakashi, after that he would create 6 clones which are keeping Bee busy for a short time while he preforms the water vortex.

What do you mean make the water heavy? 6 clones aren't going to keep him busy. 6 clones would get plowed through by his Seven Swords Dance enhanced by Raiton, and then the original gets the same treatment.

The water vortex has a big impact which would push Killer bee inside the heavy made water.
What heavy made water do you speak of?

Killer bee who fights the clones won't see the attack coming in time and would be dragged with the jutsu into the prepared water.
Fodder clones aren't going to provide a distraction good enough to prevent him from reacting and evading...or he could just evade the jutsu altogether instead of fighting the clones.

The water would slow him down and Zabuza would be able to catch him with water prison, creates a clone who would cut through the water prison together with the immobilized Killer bee.
Nope.

Killer bee still was forced to the knees, ideal position to strike from beneath.

Only if you are fast enough to land a hit.

Kakashi is faster than jugo and he proved many times that rising from underground isn't hard for him.
Yes, faster than Jugo, but not faster than Killer B. If B can't outright evade him, he blocks his attack with his raiton blades. That simple.

He forced pain to use ST to avoid his strike coming from beneath.
When was this? Not like it matters.

Itachi was able to react because of the sharingan and good reactions.

What a coincidence. B happens to have excellent reactions.

Killer bee who will be shocked kneeing on the ground won't react to a fast strike from underground.
You've yet to show me how B kneeling is going to slow his reaction. B was shocked against Sasuke for about a second before he was able to move normally again. Kakashi can't rise from the ground in a second and land a fatal hit on B. If he tries it, he gets blocked or countered when he rises from the ground assuming he isn't fast enough to outright evade him.

Okay, a shocked Killer bee who is sinking down to his knees won't dodge a attack from Kakashi coming from beneath.
Look at the panel again where he attacked deva path, he almost reached his face and deva path was standing while bee is kneeing, which means his body is closer the the layer of earth.
And that Kakashi who comes out of the ground may be a second raiton kage bunshin piercing killer bee and shock him again.

Except Killer B>>Deva when it comes to speed. Feats agree. So him being closer means little. B would easily counter. He doesn't even need to dodge. All he needs to do is counter, which is much faster than simply evading.

That's underrating him, I would say Kimimaro but with CM2.

Dunno, because Kimmi with CM2 have things like Bone Forest and is much more resistant... He also loses a bit of speed in exchange of strenght...
So Bee actually resembles much more a base Kimmi than a Kimmi with curse Mark...

This at least would distract killer bee for enough time to preform the water vortex.
This is the heavy water i speak of

The clones will distract him, they will show up one after another in the mist, so he won't notice the water vortex coming from behind.
The vortex drags him into the heavy water were Zabuza can catch him in water prison.

The moment he sinks down to his knees Kakashi will strike from beneath, there is no time to react.
Bee was only able to evade jugo because the latter took to much time by jumping.

here Kakashi almost pierced tendos heart and the latter was standing, while bee would knee on the ground (closer to the layer of earth)
What a coincidence. B happens to have excellent reactions.
Not directly after a shock, he sank to his knees and this is the time where Kakashi strikes from beneath.

2 panels, bee screamed and groan with pain 2 times -> more than a second, which is enough for Kakashi to strike.
Killer bee won't see Kakash fast enough when Kakashi blitzes from underground directly under his stomach.

Killer bee wasn't able to react to jugo comming from behind

Na not much, deva run away of 6 tailed naruto

I don't want to repeat myself, but killer bee wasn't sinking down for nothing, it was a little shock, but it immobilized him for a few seconds, thats a fact, otherwise he wouldn't have sunk down to his knees.
