Tho a kirin from VOTE2 Sasuke or Current Sasuke would have it looking like a turtle who got its shell bown into by a jackhammer.

Kirin is not simply raw lightning bein directed , the lighting is shape manipulated into the form of a dragon by sasuke's indra chakra/chidori (indra who is the lightning god ) and it eradicated a small mountain.

A kirin used by any sasuke after hago blessed him would surely turn SS into dust with one or two shots and if Sasuke uses his PS to augment and change the shape of the natural lightning with its super sized TBB level chidori then the resulting dragon imo would turn SS to ntn more than a giant finger in the dust with one shot.
