no sasuke, no kirin. Its only gonna take couple of seconds for Hashirama to take out Sasuke...... and disrupt Kirin. Chances of kirin hitting Hashirama = somehwere in the negatives.
The destructive capacity of the PS + TBB combo was needed to destroy the arms, the main body of the structure is probably a lot stronger. Your gonna need a heck of a lot of kirin's to do anything to Shinsuusenju lol

If you talk about normal wood with normal life force yea.
But no if this hashi wood keeps growing by super strong life force.
One more thing, user can match their element into the statue to fire out big one.

I can't believe some people think it would take only 3 to take down SS. Kirin is severely overrated.
At most, it's a mountain buster (I don't believe the hideout is the same as other mountains in size)
Let me point something out. TBBs, and PS swords were used against it together. TBBs destroy entire mountains by engulfing them in a huge explosion.

All of these feats>=Kirin's. Since they're fused in the attack, each TBB PS Sword combo counts as 2 kirins.

As you can see, even though there are far more PS TBBs than shown (as SS was already taking damage before this panel), This panel shows 11 of them. So, it takes a minimum of 22 Kirins just to get smacked by SS's leftover arms. It'd take a lot of Kirins to take down SS.
