What drew you in into Naruto?

I believe I was in elementary school (2nd grade) and I saw Naruto on Toonami. I remember watching the first few episodes and actually genuinely enjoying the content. I remember when things changed when Kakashi appeared, and I totally fell in the love with the series then. The battle scenes, the music, and the rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke got me hooked. I remember how pumped up I was when I first saw Haku vs. Naruto/Sasuke, and when Sasuke protected Naruto with such a selfless act. I was incredible pissed. I felt what Naruto felt, weirdly enough, and when Naruto leaked the Demon Fox chakra I was like "OHHHHHHH!"

Next thing I knew I was watching episodes regularly without skipping a single one. I remember I failed a math exam because I wanted to stay up and watch the final fight between Naruto and Sasuke. Those were the best days

To be honest back in 5th grade? Ninja's, the whole concept of Ninja's with magic just fascinated me.
