Yin/Yang Seal Misconception!

The seals Hagaromo bestowed up Naruto(Yang) and Sasuke(Yin) weren't just for sealing his mother, they were temporary experience boosters. With those seals Naruto & Sasuke experience the prime of their respective natures(Yin/Yang). Naruto's Yang release increased to the point he was reviving the Dead literally and regrowing organs. Thats why he stated to kakashi "He took a piece of him" he basically reconstructed his eyeball. Also his physical prowess increased to the point he sent sasuke crashing into the mountain in base with a single punch.

Sasuke's Yin release increased to the point his Genjutsu became godly, effortlessly capturing all nine bijuu with a single glance. Also enabled him to directly add yin chakra to his ninjutsu(chidori) increasing its power dramatically.

Those seals temporarily granted them masters of yin/yang release. Now they are adults and each mastered their natures on their own merit.

Agreed, the seals overcharged their chakra to its prime state. But just because the seals are gone doesn't mean their chakra won't stop growing. In their prime they should be able to have the same powers but with much better control.
