They obviously have different tastes in style though, Boruto dresses way better than Naruto, and his color scheme is way darker than the usual Orange the MC wears. Cocky attitude? I do not really see that at all, he does not state to be the best at anything like Naruto did. Himawari is Hinata? Someone needs to re-read the Chunin Exams. Himawari from the panels we have seen her is a lot more cheerful character than the shy, introvert Hinata. I do not even have to argue about that if you would go back to the chapter and see the HUGE difference between the both of them.
There is only one Hinata clone, and she is going to be our next pairing fodder in a mix of red-herring love scenes.

Although I think Boruto wanted anyone to follow him, whether she was invited or not is irrelevant, she followed him for reason far from Hinata's, and that diminishes the only similarity you are stating between them.
