Recieving Rikudo chakra from Hamura would logically give the receiver a great boost to their abilities, higher than a V1 Kyuubi cloak for sure.

Go watch the clip again, Naruto did in fact use Kuraam's chakra for that combo attack, while Hinata used Hamura's.
