Plot at its finest. Amaterasu suppose to hit the target instantly. Unless Naruto CAN see that Sasuke was building up chakra in his eye and put out kyuubi chakra ahead of time, that shit should've burned his ass right on the spot.

you're missing the point. It not what Naruto blocked it with. It the fact that he blocked Amaterasu, a jutsu that suppose to hit the target INSTANTLY. Raikage dodge DUE to SPEED! This mofo Naruto block it with chakra cloak out of nowhere with no warning sign. I know he can sense, but I know he can't sense chakra building up in Sasuke's eye. That's why it is bullshit!

Obito was able to block it because he saw Sasuke building up chakra in his eye. That shit made sense.
