Yes. But you are giving Amaterasu feats it does not have. Amaterasu does not destroy like regular fire, it erodes over-time. If it touched Naruto's skin at that level it needed time to fully burn his skin/clothes off.

Don't think so he was trying to dodge Sasuke's Susano'o with a Fuuton jutsus I think.

I feel like things became a mess when he did not give limits anymore. EMS = Spam. No more "blindness" which made the Uchiha be wary on use his of the MS. Look at Itachi, he had it since Sasuke was a 6 year old. Did not get blindness until ... Sasuke was like, 16?

Kishimoto had Sasuke spam it during his Kage Summit Arc, so that lead to EMS. Once that was achieved, everything had no bounds.

With Rasenshuriken (an example) it had one of the most deadliest drawbacks considering that if Naruto used it again he would lose the ability to use chakra. Then SM came in (which is not bad) but still took away from his weakness. Hell even in the Last Naruto can use RS in base now XD.

So basically when techniques stopped having drawbacks they became OP. The last technique to have a drawback was Amen, but that was because if Kishimoto did not outright say it had three uses before it stopped. Sasuke could teleport 999999 times before he felt tired XD.

Yeah that's true. Kishi should just make equal defense for techniques for they won't be overpowered. RS was basically an overpowered jutsu, and then 3rd raikage came and tanked it without any problems. I rather their be checks/counters to jutsu than just the jutsu having some drawback which makes it bad/worse than usual.

Then again I should not expect this, since Kishi wrote himself into a hole with the Uchiha introduction. I still don't understand how people who can literally bend reality with their eyes, copy techniques, read body movements, and even override their own deaths lose to people with strong bodies or even be equal to them for that matter. Zzz

By logic, the flame should be made of fire and shadow/yin so i think it only work on livin thing. And with light/yang can repel it. That will make some sense.
