One TBB that was deflected back isn't the same as 12. And BSM Naruto's are stronger anyways. They're enhanced by Nature Energy.

BSM Naruto never used 12 Biju-Dama at the same time if I remember correctly and the Chakra of 100% Kurama is stronger nevertheless. The connection of Yin and Yang and the simple amount of chakra create high potential attacks. And Narutos ability to build senchakra is still limited in BSM.
