Full Kurama only has twice as much stamina and sage mode multiplies power more than 2. Plus drunk kurama shooting uncharged tbbs is nothing compared to even the chakra drained kurama that was charging an enormous tbb against naruto after he gained kcm. You say full power kurama but kurama wasn't attacking with full power and efficiency.
