Difference is that metal benders don't already have sensory ability like the FTG duo do. So why finger sense when you can already sense naturally.

Only unique sensor/tracker is Karin who does it passively.

I'm surprised you didn't mention Kiba since he's from a clan as well.

Anyway byakugan doesn't automatically make you a top tier sensor/tracker. Neji can only see about 800 meters.
