I'm hoping Sabo comes in to wreck Trebol real quick and then help out Luffy in his fight. Helping out may be too far, I'm sure Luffy is going to want to handle things himself once he sees whatever condition Law is in. Then again, I can't imagine how Luffy can solo Joker at this point. Power-up incoming?

If not Sabo, it should be Cavendish. He's been AWOL and isn't down for the count so he should be productive somewhere, especially since he wants all the glory of taking down Doflamingo.

Luffy has been in plenty of fights without rest on Dressrosa so far. Not to mention he got knocked around by Doffy once. Even Red Hawk didn't do much damage and that was with the assistance of Law. I don't see Current Luffy being stronger than DD, especially in his current condition. So Luffy is either going to outwit Doffy (which I doubt since Doffy is very cunning), receive outside help or defeat Doffy with something we haven't seen yet. Whether it's something he learned over the TS or not doesn't matter to me, it still qualifies as a power-up for me.

the power up already happened during the TS, all that needs to happen now is for it to be revealed, so no it won't be a power up we will simply get to see just how strong Luffy is atm

I think you're generalizing the word "power-up" too much for me here. I'm just saying that the fact that Luffy will be revealing a power that we haven't seen yet is the power-up. Perhaps I used the wrong word here. I'm not suggesting that Luffy is going to suddenly gain an ability to overcome Doffy. Oda doesn't usually operate like that, that's a Kishi thing.

If not usopp alone Usopp + robin VS Trebol Both can reach him and he could probably reach both of them so it would be a good fight.
