[Discussion] Why is Sasuke vs Naruto debated?

That's a clone jutsu, it has nothing to do with the rinnengan.. It's the same jutsu Naruto use but with wood clones instead.

Nothing to do with the Rinnegan? So if one clone is attacked in a blindspot where it cannot defend where the other clones see that attack happen, do you think the blindspotted Clone would defend or not? Having the Rinnegan and all? lol

So Sasuke needs clone jutsu because having another rinnengan eyes does absolutely nothing for your secnario.

Several times yup, that taijutsu technique where Naruto summons 4-5 other clones and handed him an ass kicking into the air with multiple punches etc and or the time Sasuke tried using Chidori on Naruto while he was on the ground where Naruto uppercut him into the side of the Mountain and or the time Naruto neg diffd his 9 Tailed infused PS Indra Arrow with 2 RS or blocked his failed S/T Jutsu sorry attempt to kill him.

Maybe that's your opinion but don't make it to be anyone else's.

Like in my opinion Naruto won the fight he went to for, which was to stop Sasuke prevent the deaths of the Kage, the destruction of the tailed beasts and also his own life to which he succeeded in.

I'll say only that a physical victory is not the only way of winning a fight, a person needs only prevent his opponent from achieiving his goals and if this is accomplished then he has won regardless of the outcome.
