Futon rasengan is still rasengan, it's actually what a complete rasengan is. It just funny how Naruto never uses the superior technique, superior to both chidori and rasengan (incomplete).

Neither of them do. Why doesn't Sasuke use Chidori Nagaishi when they're running towards each other? It's just how Kishi wants it, either of them could have made a better move.

Plus, it would probably just end like 698.

All sasuke other chidoris are variants, just like planetary rasengan. It's not like an upgraded version of chidori. Best upgrade version of chidori is black chidori.

Edit:

A complete rasengan is over chidori and rasengan, manga says this.

Rasengan is a complete Rasengan. That's why they changed the name when they add something to it.

If you're saying that Rasengan with an element is stronger, then I agree.

To a certain degree, I would concur indeed.
Having his own father neglect him for most of the childhood is painful. Then his beloved brother goes and kills his whole clan right in front of his eyes.. Then he is alone and sadistic to the point of not being able to make friends. Then he is assigned with a kid he envies. Then he gets a good look at how strong has Naruto become while fighting Gaara, the same boy he envied and wanted to beat. Then he meets his long lost brother and gets utterly broken only to later witness the Rasengan and the huge gap in his and Naruto's and Itachi's strength. Then he has to train with Orochimaru knowing the latter can and will take his body anytime. Then after finally killing Itachi he is told that Itachi was a true hero and was pulled by strings. Then he gets a brutal kicking by Killer B and figures his prized Sharingan is useless against veterans. Only for later to meet Naruto who has "grown up". Then getting to meet the same Itachi again and remembering the massacre again only to make the whole shinobi concept vague to him. And finally fight 1 on 1 against his best friend with the life at stake.

Sasuke had to endure a lot, true that, but all shinobis are like that. That's what ninjas are.

Manga called base rasengan, no element, incomplete. So complete rasengan is with element.

Ok, you're right.

Still, I don't think it really matters. Both characters could use better techniques, yet they don't. It's pointless to say that a character should've done this or that because then the entire fight would change.

Glad you agree

I already addressed that before...

Addressed what? That Futon Rasengan is a stronger technique? I'm not denying that.

What i'm saying is that you're making up hypothetical situations here. You're saying that Naruto could have won, or was holding back because he didn't use that technique. Ok, but the same could said with Sasuke, that's my main point.

To say that Naruto could have used that technique and ignore what else Sasuke would have done is wrong.

Of course. He had to fill the shoes left by Itachi, which were too big.

Wasn't it said that Naruto can't use rasenshuriken in base repeatedly, give the guy a break, just because he,was abusing rasenshurikens before doesn't mean he can constantly keep it up, everyone has limits. Most of the time the only reason Naruto could use rasemshuriken so much he was usually backed up by sage mode, KCM, BM, BSM, or Rikoudo (sage) mode. Base Naruto himself was at his limit, the rasenshuriken takes up a lot more chakra than that and can even harm the user, sure he had kyuubi's chakra but even then he's still in base, people forget base Naruto isn't the same as the Naruto they've been seeing constantly. I can't even remember the last time Naruto FOUGHT in base as even against juubidara he had sage mode active.

Then there's Sasuke with Chidori, lightning is an inferior element to wind, hence why he backed it up with ameterasu. If we really want to talk about what if scenarios, sasuke should've used Kirin, the tech itself doesn't even use much chakra on his part and if Naruto tried to strike him he would either get electrocuted or be too late or get absorbed...again. God forbid sasuke figured out another path. The kyuubi was also running low so another ameterasu with kagetsuchi spikes on Naruto would've killed the latter, but saauke didn't. People forget that adrenaline makes people naturally think differently than they normally do. If sasuke had enough chakra for another chidori and ameterasu and kagetsuchi he can obviously do other techs, heck chidori, amenojikara, gg since Naruto is in base he wont survive. Heck if they really wanted to they could've did their summoning's and Naruto would've most likely won as he has more toads to his advantage but saauke also has tricks. They can do this, they can do that, but they didn't.

Elemental WIND rasengan is superior to chidori because wind basically beats lightning anyway so naruto's rasengan has an elemental advantage anyway so...i don't understand people's "arguments", the way it ended was as expected, there was noway sasuke was winning as if he did there's be a LOT of problems. So a tie it Naruto winning made more sense.

Which is ironic because Sasuke is supposed to be a "genius", however he's portrayed like an idiot and is completely outclassed by other geniuses. Kakashi was jounin at 13, Itachi ANBU captain at 13, graduated Academy at like 6, Tobirama was inventing jutsu, Orochimaru has his own realm.

What's Sasuke done to be marked a genius? Get some freebies and hype.

Sasuke has been repeatedly portrayed as one of the better genies's in the Manga.
Kakashi graduated at age 5 and was Chunin at age 6, Jonin at age 13 and Anbu (and soon after Captain) at age 14; Itachi graduated at age 7, Chunin at age 10, but was never a true Jonin.
Sasuke made his own Jutsu as well, I don't get your point, so did Naruto, yet Sasuke was considered the brains of the two.

interesting thoughts - I think it is a testament to KMs writing - that from the beginning he had big plans for each character. Sasuke's deep hatred was born from his inability to ever win a fight - it drove him to seek out power. the similarities between Sasuke and madora are clear and the moral of the story is that you can never win if you stand alone - I don't think sasuke could ever beat naruto but I also think he is the underdog and shows much more potential - sage mode plus kurama is just broke - sasukes techniques are much more complicated and far superior to narutos 2 move overkill. again this is just great writing on KMs part and reinforces the personalities of each character. I personally identify more with naruto and never liked Sasukes emo personality - but if sasuke would learn sage tech then i think he could certainly stand a better chance of winning over naruto.

finally - and maybe this is not the place to post but I loved the similarities and differences Kishi drew between his characters - particularly in the fighting styles. case in point was naruto and sasuke as i mentioned above but also between naruto and obito - I love that obito rarely to never uses clones. there was a great flashback that showed how like naruto, obito also struggled with it and unlike naruto he seems to have gave up on learning it.

Fail. When you say No one you are just referring to Sasuke haters, all of those were obvious. Naruto was always the underdog.
