No concept art
I can see closely when i look at the hachibi on my phone
^ Definitely.
They're ass with actual graphics, so don't expect anything like that.
I don't understand why everyone is so quick to dismiss these screenshots as concept art. Never in the past have we gotten 'concept art' like this for the games, especially since
concept art is released before actual work on the game is shown. The game is expected to launch 3rd quarter this year, and we've already begun seeing gameplay; why the shit would they waste time showing mere concept art this late? There's a 90% chance these are all in game when you take into consideration a few factors:
* [I don't know about this screenshot in particular] The last screenshot we got [Naruto vs Sasuke] was an official release labeled as a screen shot. People were quick to relabel it as concept art because they don't want to admit that the game looks jaw dropping and wish to continue on the bandwagon that these games suck.
* If they were to show concept art, they wouldn't bother limiting what they show in the concept art. In the past with screenshots, they're very particular about what they show, since they don't want to spoil the major events prior to the game's release. If these were concept art, they'd have shown things like how Kaguya will look rendered.
* These are clearly rendered in a game engine, not drawn or digitally recreated.
* The gameplay that we got of Madara vs Hashirama was explicitly said to be in beta, so the graphics may still improve beyond that, but even those graphics looked visually better than any of the prior games. Particularly the facial expressions.
* The first trailer shown featuring Naruto and Sasuke's final battle showcases amazing, better than anime, graphics on par with what we've been seeing in what people are calling 'concept art'.
* A lot of people dismiss the Naruto vs Sasuke screenshot as concept art because they claim that in game you wouldn't actually achieve angles like that. CC2 has already confirmed that there will be an option in game to switch camera angle to get a more stylized look, similar to GTA's cinematic camera option - as such, it likely won't be the most practical option to use in game as it will be hard to play like that, but it would prove that these more cinematic looking screenshots are in fact in game.
