lol pal I gave you a PS proof. The color is #7c6e49. That definitely ain't blue. My eyes could make a mistake, but PS couldnt.

And I know the dress is black and blue. Everyone knows the dress is black and blue in real life. The picture, due to it's ligtning is messing up with our perception. The debate is on the pic. Not the dress. And in the picture, the color is gold and white. Unless you can prove othervise gg.

The optical illusion is in the picture. Not the actual dress. Everyone knows the real dress is black and blue. The picture however is messing our perception so we're not sure what color is it in the picture (lightning and all). By checking it in PS it seems it's white and gold. Care to prove othervise before you call people blind?

Nope. It has nothing to do with rods or cones or anything with the eyes. It's more to do with biases and an individual's brain's perception of the colors.
