Kirin takes about 50 times more the amount of prep time that Rasenshuriken takes (the latter pretty much nothing; just casting the Jutsu), and he was still struggling to use it against Kakuzu and only successfully used it because he used clones. Sasuke is screwed because Kakuzu will pierce his heart. The only version of Sasuke who has a chance against Kakuzu is MS and up, and only because of the visual powers that such form brings him.

Kakuzu would violate Sasuke's rights to live in the free world of life of beauty of wonder and of everything that he has ever seen in his entire reality.

Kakuzu's battle experience is one of the highest in the manga, he knows when a genjutsu is cast or not. Not to mention Sasuke's not known for particularly strong genjutsu especially when cast from distance

Could go either way, but I think it's in Sasuke's favor, high-diff. Earth Grudge Fear is countered by Sasuke's Lightning Release, taking away one of Kakuzu's greatest strengths in battle. His elemental ninjutsu will be hard for Sasuke to counter, though, and his only real way to avoid it is dodging or summoning snakes to tank it for him. Genjutsu is a good tool for him here, too.
