Post-Orochimaru training, Sasuke was already a full trained Uchiha. It was when he gained MS/EMS that his abilities required little to no training at all because they came naturally to the Uchiha (I'm assuming). I doubt Susano'o needs training, Amaterasu maybe, genjutsu could use work because he lacked the expertise Itachi had until he received the Rinnegan, and what-ever I missed.

Naruto's abilities before KCM were all shown because he was inferior to Sasuke until the Pain Arc.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter what anyone says. Naruto became Hokage, Naruto brought Sasuke back. Sasuke admitted to having always trailed behind Naruto; he even went so far as to say that Naruto had a type of strength that scared him. If anything, be thankful that Naruto only wanted to be acknowledged as Sasuke's equal, and that, in the end, Sasuke's friendship meant more to him than their rivalry.

Then we have Naruto inviting the other Kage's for a meeting. He probably has been a Hokage for the past 2-3 years at best. How does that make him weak, exactly?

That's kind of...wrong actually. If all of his options are easy to master, then once he masters them, he can only figure out ways to apply them differently. There is no complexity to his arsenal. He is just figuring out how to use A, B, and C as effectively as possible, while someone else would be mastering A-Z and then figuring out how to use them optimally. With many years of training, the A-Z person will not only have a mastery of their abilities on par with Sasuke's mastery of A-C, but they will have far more options and force Sasuke to be prepared to deal with all of their 26 options, while they will only have to fear Sasuke's 3. It severely limits his potential.

Exactly why his power enhanced throughout the years. Sasuke destroyed boulders with Chidori back when Kakashi trained him (Flash back) and now he can destroy meteors.

Naruto's training consisted of learning new techniques, and his training with Jiraiya was a result of him lacking the basics of what it means to be a ninja. Tis why he had spent three years and only progressed in jutsu with a larger Rasengan variant, but learned how to improve on the skills he already had.

It was only the FRS training arc, and SM training arc which improved his abilities to the next level. Despite that, and in the War Arc, his techniques increased exponentially like so:
