Naruto the Last, despite it being poorly constructed, already shows us feats in how both Naruto and Sasuke grew over the past two years being Rikudou enhanced.
Only a few feats from the Last:
So I really don't see why you both are arguing over who will learn what, or who will train more. Indefinitely both have grown equally throughout the years, just because one is out traveling the world does not justify his growth exponentially. Shinobi stay in the villages all the time, much like Gai-sensei, Kakashi, Minato, etc., but that does not automatically make them anyway inferior to a shinobi who are rogue and travels constantly. That logic is also viewed as half right.
It was stated that Naruto will always have a piece of Bijuu chakra in his body, Hagoromo indicated that Naruto will be a harbinger of each Tailed Beasts. There is nothing in the manga that tells us Naruto will lose their chakra, in fact it's quite the opposite. We can only assume that Naruto will recharge their chakra overtime.
Very true, Sasuke showed feats of being the most powerful Rinnegan user aside from JJ Madara/Kaguya without training alone. Even with that knowledge, it doesn't does not push a gap over Naruto who seemingly already had Sasuke in the defensive with the powers he already had. Half of Kurama stalemate Sasuke with Bijuu chakra, meaning that Sasuke still has to train in order to surpass the gap that Kurama has over-him with the Ashura avatar. Now that Naruto received a Full Kurama, it is seemingly impossible for someone to cross the distance of power between Half and Full Kurama at once. Naruto's skill-set was made to combat Rinnegan users, so despite their skill and power, none of which will cause any extreme difficulty to an Adult Naruto.
Sasuke will have a larger skill-set because of what the Rinnegan allows him to learn. However, the same goes for Naruto too. With RSM he gains the comprehension of all things, not to mention with the chakra of each Bijuu inside of him. I doubt we have seen the minimal amount of abilities he could learn with them. Mind you, that Sasuke's Rinnegan was new, but Naruto's mastery of the Bijuu was new too.
Why do people justify that a Full Mastery over the Rinnegan will turn things over? Naruto has been dealing with Rinnegan users since the Pain Arc, and Sasuke is the only true prime Rinnegan user who was given the eyes to mature over time. Despite knowing that, do you think Naruto is going to be weak against it? It's already proven that Naruto counters every single Rinnegan path. All the way to Shinra Tensei, to Amen.

- Improvement in speed (base mode Naruto blitz an enemy while attacking him head first and he has learned how to fighting continuously at high speed)
- Naruto can fly without needing to be in RSM (he was in KSM when he was flying. I believe he uses natural energy to fly)
- Partial chakra mode (Naruto can now gather 9 tails chakra just around a specific body part IE: his arm)
- Chakra shield (the jutsu Naruto used to block Toneri's strongest attack at the end of their battle. Naruto focus chakra on his hand to create a shield)
- Unknown jutsu he used to remove the chakra ball from Hinata (it appears to be yin-yang based since he was able to remove the charka ball from Hinata without injuring her. It look like Naruto either create a portal or made his arm intangible to reach inside her body.)

Naruto just applying Bijuu chakra to Rasengans was a small indication to what he could learn. The raise of his chakra to a boiling point through the Five Tails already showed us that Naruto indeed can channel types of Bijuu chakra to his body to enhance his other physical/non-physical traits, or just to learn more versatile Ninjutsu. Such as; Ice Mirror techinque, Coral, Lava body release, Sealing sand or just control over the Sand itself, Sound release (7 tails), etc.

I don't really understand how you could come to the conclusion that shinobi from villages are ultimately weaker than shinobi who travel/rogue. That does not make much sense. You are providing opinions from what you think is true based on logical conclusions, when in fact Naruto can equally train just as much as Sasuke over the years despite staying at home. I know for certain that Naruto trains constantly, no one waiting to become the Hokage sits down all day waiting for time to pass, and it was shown that Naruto probably became Hokage later during his years of being a father. Which mind us that Sasuke supposedly came back to the village at some point to wed and bed Sakura Haruno. I'm almost half sure that he is still not traveling the world, but possibly doing missions in the dark for Konoha, or reconnaissance.
How can you prove that Sasuke will be stronger? Every-time you list a point, it will be countered very easily. I'll wait for this response to show you how easy it will be.
Funny you say that because Sasuke also had a child the same time Naruto had Boruto. Not to mention, during the last scene in the Last, Naruto was outside training his Taijutsu. So that was also invalid. People who become fathers don't automatically get nerfed.
