Sasuke is traveling the world to find out new things about the world and to repent for his sins. I'm pretty sure he is also cautious about future threats so obviously he is going to train while he is out by himself. 2. Unless Naruto is working on his wind nature or some new FTG technique from Minato, there is nothing new for him to learn. Sasuke has a foundation of new moves to explore from his Rinnegan.
