Hey everybody! I'm Chaosmark101 IRL name is Mark if you couldnt guess you can call me Chaos, Chaosmark etc your choice. I'm a long time fan of Naruto I've been a fan since I was 10 I think? That's when Naruto first aired on Toonami on CN I believe. I Decided to Finally Join NB after lurking here for about a year now.
I admit though my Interest in Shippuden sort of wasn't there in the beginning. I mean I Was very interested to see Naruto develop after his training with Jiraiya along with the other members of K11. Also if Naruto would be able to recover Sasuke from Oro's sick grasps. But for me at the time Shippuden wasn't kind for me, It got too serious and characters I liked died (Gaara for example, lost shukaku, gets revived etc) I liked the akatsuki but didn't understand how the serious could start with Sakura and Granny Chiyo fighting Sasori it seemed strange to me. Also the Sasuke replacement in Sai for Team Kakashi took a Long time for me to warm upto honestly.
For reasons such as these along with Disney XD's sporadic Naruto Shippuden schedule I decided to drop the series.
(I did see Sasuke vs Deidara and his fight against Itachi though.)
My best friends in high school 2-3 years ago talked about Shippuden at times in the mornings (usually without me because I wasn't following the manga) I knew from one of them (Naruto was dying) that made me decide last February to Start reading the manga from the lastest chapter. I mean I had nothing to lose I really couldn't believe it was true. This just so happened to be Chapter 665 "The Current Me" Where Juubi Jin SO6P Madara told BZ to retrieve his other rinnegan from Obito. But Obito wakes up and resists Madara. For Me this was a real cool Part of Obito for me I didn't know much about him besides how boss he was as Tobi and him being Kakashi's teammate back in the day. Seeing the Double Kamui in Action against the TSB was also terrific IMO. This Chapter was also mind boggling because I didn't know Naruto had only half of the Nine Tails all his life. Since i missed the story in the controlling the kyubi arc. Also This Chapter is one of my favorites because Gaara in the translation called BZ "That Black Guy" Lol.
I thought it was hilarious and Decided to pick up the manga from there.
I found NB last year from my newly found interest in BD or Vs matches between the Ninja's in this Series. I would look up ones I was curious about or the match ups posted here and on Narutoforums, although I ended up spending alot of time here. And I really enjoyed reading the discussion with the on going manga, and the theories, along with troll threads about prime hiruzen obliterating the solar system and such etc.
Anyway's I feel bad I didn't join when someone people before the manga ended said "All you Guest's why dont you join?"
I'm barely doing it now and I've put it off due to not knowing what to say for my Hello Post! =D
So a little about myself I'm a 19 year old who plays guitar goes to school/works. Love the Beatles 90's 80's 70's 60's some 50's. Trying to find new Artists to check out. I'm also a gamer. Really into Borderlands right now. Use to play COD religiously back in the day 2010-2013.
