~ I found this video helpful and wanted to pass it along to others and hear their feedback on how to get fit and lose weight.

BMR Cal online~

1) Attainable Goal - How much weight do you want to lose and by when?

2) Aware & Know Your BMR -- BMR is how many calories your body burns in a day at rest. There are 2 formulas to calculate your BMR:

English BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) -- (4.7 x age in years)

Men: BMR = 66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.7 x height in inches) -- (6.8 x age in year)

Metric BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + (9.6 x weight in kilos) + (1.8 x height in cm) -- (4.7 x age in years)

Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kilos) + (5 x height in cm) -- (6.8 x age in years)

3) Activity level - How active are you? Do you do any exercises?

4) Application -- NOW is the time to KNOW how much calories you need to eat/burn a day to lose weight. Please watch the video as I'll be guiding you through step by step.

I just started going to the gym again as i returned to holland. Going for more mass but also some cutting for the abdominal area

warrior diet with walking and light weight lifting (i only had dumbells) lost 10 kg in 35 days tops i recommend it highly

I need to gain weight too however i've got some ****ed up metabolism so I can eat what i want and dont get any weight on my ribs

try potatoes fries etc its best for weight gain but i recommend you gain muscles by going to gym + eating lots of proteins is slow but worth it

It's hard for me to gain weight because of my ridiculously high metabolism. I would have to eat like 4000 calories a day. I need to bulk u a bit too. Cut and tone the abdominal area (used to have a six pack) and build more muscle mass. Haven't worked out since last November.

You can bulk and put on some muslce mass with an appropiate diet. Since you seem to be at low body fat, it's actually a nice solution.
