Even if Naruto had all his power he would still lose against sasuke with his rinnegan trained.

Without extra saved up sage mode plus the tailed beasts naruto would of died in the clash. Stated by the fox.

Naruto will always have more chakra so even if sasuke compeltely ran out and naruto completely ran out of the foxes chakra he still had more proven when he could use a rasengan and sasuke couldn't use chidori.

It takes no effort to use a rasengan with an entirely different nature, but it took a week to learn a regular rasnegan with no specific nature, and kishi boosted the time for him to actually learn a half @ssed wind style rasengan?

Chakra is chakra. There is nothing in the entirety of the manga suggesting that one nature functions differently within your body than another, so that point is moot. It would be different if it was Naruto's chakra, but it's not. The Bijuu make it and mold it, Naruto just puts it in a rasengan as it is given to him.

24 hours > 1 minute, regardless of what you believe. Naruto got real world experience against 3 major league opponents before having to battle Sasuke, while 3 of Sasuke's abilities were unlocked while IN the battle with Naruto.

Well considering Sasuke and Naruto got both powers at the same time and fought the same opponents the noob argument falls right on its face don't you think?

Nor do you understand what the manga portrays and why the useless arguments some of you use are fruitless. Preta Path being the be all end all? Not at all. The manga has clearly shown there is a certain cap before the Rin'negan user can't absorb anymore. Madara absorbed a normal Senpou: Rasenshuriken. Instead of absorbing Naruto's Yoton: Rasenshuriken, why did he use Limbo instead? You people have to realize that puny techniques don't matter in a battle of Gods. Every path bar Deva and Preta are completely useless and even then, Naruto's superior firepower neuters them to an extent where they're manageable. In a battle between these two, only their full power matters. Avatar vs PS. Sasuke's full power was with the Bijuu, and without it, he can't beat Naruto, who can use his Ashura's Avatar without any external help (in the same vain Sasuke needs the Bijuu for his). It only further continues as they get older as Naruto has all of Kurama, furthering powering up his Avatar (more chakra, larger, likely physically stronger), whereas Sasuke can't use Indra's Arrow or his Bijuu PS without the Bijuu.

Apparently Naruto was had mastery over powers he just received since he could make sticks out of them, but Sasuke who was teleporting over the battle field, making CT fleets and asborbing beast powers was just a "noob".
