huge difference in the scale of attacks. Only reason why "hebi sasuke" is being favored in the thread, is because of the lack of feats from Sakura's side, as she never fought in a fight like Sasuke. So whether she wins or loses is based on assumptions from both sides.
But if we are to consider, her being able to break genjutsu (something she displayed in THE LAST), and her being able to react to things like Juubi's arm.... her physical prowess is easily above that of Sasuke's.. Sasuke also doesn't have any attack on the scale of Sakura, besides his Kirin.

I'm curious, what was the original sentence supposed to be?
OT: Sasuke cleaves Sakura's body to pieces with his raiton enhanced sword once he closes the distance or allows Sakura to do so.

I don't think Sasuke has much of a speed advantage anymore but Sasuke tagged faster opponents then himself and has dodged faster opponents than himself as well so even a slightly slower opponent will have a hard time getting a direct hit. Punching the ground will only be detrimental to Sasuke if he is too close but at that distance, Sakura can't hope to take her eyes off Sasuke or she is getting blitzed. At longer ranges, Sasuke simply leaps up and then uses his snake arms to stick to the uprooted rock and use the dust cloud and smoke as an advantage to catch Sakura off guard.
If there is enough distance and Sakura opts to summon Katsuyu, Sasuke can use Manda as a counter or just get on top of Katsuyu. If Sakura is on the ground, I don't think Katsuyu will do much or else its acid risks hitting Sakura as well.
