She's fodder and her battle intellect if we go by feats is below Naruto, she specializes in physical strength but she ain't even the strongest person in her squad..Naruto and Sasuke outclass in nearly everything even before the Sage power up.

If we compare Sakura to Sasuke,- power wise- what counters does Sakura have to chibaku tense? It took, a bijudama, a rasenshurken, and Itachi's matasakami in order to destroy Nagato's weaker gravity core- I don't see Sakura breaking out,-
In the Last, Sasuke cuts meteors in half with his chidori,- he could easily rinnewarp behind sakura and cut her in half.
It does seem like, Naruto's biju rasenshurikens only hurt kaguya because of their specific properties,- so ill give you credit their,- he did not really harm kaguya.
Here are scans showing both Naruto and Kakashi hurting kaguya on a much greater level than Sakura could

Naruto blitzes Kaguya, and takes off her arm completely with his own chakra arm. So clearly, naruto's Chakra arm is >>> Sakura punch.
Against, taking off a entire arm is >> breaking someones horn.
Now, if you disregard the whole sealing her into the moon feat,- then you could argue that Sakura and Sasuke did equal amounts of damage in the fight,- essentially 0.
- However, Sasuke did not hurt kaguya because she absorbs all chakra- making his best attacks useless. Sakura, is more apt to fighting Kaguya because her attacks are physical.
The truth is EMS Sasuke is > Sakura on every level except physical stricking strength and regeneration.
First, you have to argue that Sakura is on equal level with EMS sasuke,- then you can try an argue to make her on equal footing
with Indra Sasuke.
Conclusion,-- Sakura punch, with the benefit of gravity-- is weaker than Naruto's chakra arm.
