As the title asks, who was Naruto's greatest sensei on the following aspects:

1. Who created the closest bond with him

2. Who taught him more about life in general (philosphy of life, life lessons, etc)

3. Who taught him more techniques, fighting styles and jutsus.

Bee no doubt

He learnt so much about being a jinchuriki from him. Learnt to accept his dark side. And a whole power up thanks to him

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I say Kakashi. He both guided him, and, at the same time, grew up (power-wise) along with him.

Oh I didn't notice those. I'd say:
1. Jiraiya, obviously.

2. Kakashi, although it's not as noticeable as Jiraiya's philosophy. However, I think Kakashi had more impact on Naruto in a more indirect way. Jiraiya influenced Naruto, whereas Kakashi guided him along the way.

3. Probably Killer B

Jiraiya. Kishi even said in the interview that that jiraiya and naruto had the closest bond, and that's the main reason why Jiraiya wasn't reanimated because he couldnt show how naruto would react. JIRAIYA

Best sensei as in a teacher of ninjutsu and combat stuff - Killer Bee no doubt

Best sensei as in the educator and mentor, a parental figure - Jiraiya

I personally believe that Kakashi influenced him more during part 1, about not giving up on your friends and the being "worst than trash" speech.
But when the Pain saga started Jiraiya's peace philosophy and the circle of hatred theme begun to be the most proeminet moral path to Naruto.

The only thing Iruka taught Naruto was nothing actually, he even got busted by Naruto's sexy jutsu. Even though, Iruka was the one who changed Naruto from stop hating himself because of the Fox inside him so yeah without Iruka the Kyuubi would have been released.

The cycle of hatred theme shouldn't be attributed to Jiraiya, as it begun way before his time. Let's just say he was aware of it and passed what he knew on to Naruto. Jiraiya just gave Naruto an idea about what he should do in the direction of achieving peace. Kakashi, on the other hand stood by his side and guided him. The thing I like the most about their relationship is that Kakashi himself evolved along his student, something that can't be said about Jiraiya. At the end of the day, either one of the two can be seen as a more suited sensei for the protagonist, if looked upon from different perspectives. I am well aware of the fact that Jiraiya is probably seen as better teacher, but to be honest, Jiraiya told Naruto he had to walk, Kakashi helped him walk. A big difference that places Kakashi above Jiraiya on my list.

Killer Bee.

There is a reason Naruto turned into Eminem in part 3.
