I still remember when he just wrote off Naruto and focused on teaching Sasuke and was surprised when Naruto learnt Rasengan even asked Jiraiya why he taught him Rasengan.EVen at the Rasenshuriken training commented "How did Jiriaya have the patience to teach the Rasengan to him" .He is honestly the person who underestimated him the most. The worst sensei by far

Iruka is #1!

The bond he forms with Iruka becomes the foundation for who he is as a person.

When he befriends Kurama and unlocks the seal to free him who does he think of?

Iruka.

When he's fighting Sasuke in part 1 and he's trying to understand Sasuke who does he think of?

Iruka.

When he's running off to war whose words does he literally take into himself?

Iruka.

Who does Bee say is at the center of all of Naruto's thoughts?

Iruka.

Who is the first to console Naruto after Jiraya's death?

Iruka.

Who puts his life on the line every time for Naruto?

Iruka.

Iruka is always shown as Naruto's first bond.

Without that bond Naruto would never have grown into the person he is.

Someone who reaches out to heal and to share.

When Naruto gives the whole alliance his chakra he is channeling his experience with Iruka.

It is true that Naruto didn't learn how to fight on the world stage from Iruka, he needed Jiraya, Pa, Kakashi and Bee for that.

However, Naruto could never have overcome his own hatred without the lesson from Iruka.

Naruto would not have taken Kakashi's lesson on teamwork to heart so readily if not for Iruka.

It should be said though that all of his sensei's and masters were of critical importance to his development into adulthood.

The fact that his first sensei was not a great warrior but a man filled with love, compassion and someone who could recognize that Naruto had already learned the greatest lesson by the time he was only 12 is really important.

That lesson: Naruto understood human suffering.

That leads Naruto to believe in friendship over force, humanity over nationalism, and the power of friendship to save anyone.

Without these core values what does Naruto become?

He would have killed Pain before talking to him.

He would have let Sasuke go.

He would never have conquered hatred.

He would never have understood the value of teamwork.

He would never have been able to help Obito.

He would never have been the boy to laugh with the tailed beasts and to sing their names.

He would never have been able to break the 1,000 year cycle of hatred.

Here's to you Iruka! The weakest and greatest sensei in the leaf village!

Jiraiya taught Naruto the basics he never learned because he was an orphan.
Kakashi gave more shits about Sasuke, when Kakashi knew damn well Naruto was the son of his sensei. He literally paid no attention to Naruto until he started kicking his white-haired fodder ass, Sharingan-less, featless war arc fodder.

Jiraiya no doubt. Kishi couldn't have made this more obvious, they are the new three way dead-lock for a reason. The new generation sannin. Kakashi is more of a overall guide, as expected because he the team 7 leader. He taught Naruto & Sasuke to a degree but J-Man and Oro will always be their parallels.

Hagoromo. Naruto learned the complete concept of chakra with him.

Iruka is special simply because that was his first bond ever, they are portrayed as the new sannin for a reason. J-Man,Tsunade & Oro will always be the top sensei's in their respective lives, kakashi is simply the team leader.

This is the first time I see the poll leader left behind other contestant in wide margin.

I think its Kakashi. He influenced Naruto more than anybody (Never give up on friend) and that's what Naruto did (Chapter 699).

Jiraya easily. Anyone else is wrong. Jiraya taught him much more than anyone else in the way of being a shinobi, and taught him his powerups from chunnin exams to shippuden. He was the father figure naruto never had and truely loved naruto and cared for him. Kakashi and the rest are all good, but there is only one true sensei for naruto and that is jiraya.

A very difficult question honestly there are so many good candidates and i cant decide so i will just show you what i mean.

1) Bond
a)Jiraya was his father figure hell he was basicly like a true father to him
b)Kakashi a real mentor in life he was there for Naruto in most parts and indirectly showed him a way of life
c)Iruka, i would say he acted like a older brother to Naruto he was his first and true friend while the bond is very strong i feel the a and b persons have a stronger bond

2) This goes for Kakashi, yes Jiraya did give Naruto many ideals or better to say a ideology to go for but Kakashi told him and showed him in person how to live like a human being and as a responsible man. Friendship and comrades are the most important your bonds are the most important everything else is unimportant if it harms your friends, family and comrades.
Jiraya on the other hand had a more general dream of peace through the world which impacted on Naruto alot but not on a personal more intimate level

3) Fighting styles and Jutsus
Impossible to answer every single of them teached them atleast one Jutsu i guess Jiraya which teached him Rasengan and variants, Summoning Jutsu and basic Ninja tactics, profines and basic ninja jutsus.
Bee who helped him and teached him to use the Jinjuriki and stuff including the Biju Dama.
Kakashi who helped him with Rasen Shuriken
And the frog who teached him the sage mode and it's particular fighting style.

Idk i would say Jiraya contributed the most he created the foundation on which everything else for narutos fighting styles and jutsus where based on
