Hacker blocking my internet HELP

Hi, i was surfing in an online game when someone send me a link asking me to rate his pic. I clicked on it and now he got my ip and is blocking my wifi. Im currently oncellular

What can I do?

I didnt turn it off but now it works. He could cut and connect my wifi at will. I cant understand why people do that. And what can he do with my ip?

It's really simple, just go offline by disabling the network card, check startup programs and delete the suspicious ones then make a scan with malwarbytes in safe mode, also check your antivirus and firewall if all is ok. Even if he know your ip, he can't do anything after this.

Give your IP to a hacker and lets see if you won't get DDoS, why do you think Sony/Microsoft servers gets taken down by a DDoS? Because you can't stop it.

But the wifi works on other devices besides your cellphone or the wifi doesn't work at all in any devices?

If it doesn't work in yours then you might have a virus,

If it doesn't work in any devices, you might be getting DDoS.
