A Prime Ohnoki can potentially beat EMS Madara

It's simple. Kurama is faster than Perfect susanoo by feats.
Also, let's compare a nimble susanoo like Sasuke's to a tank susanoo like Madara's. Sasuke's susanoo before rikudo power up had the speed, while madara's had the power.

Ohnoki couldn't beat Muu, it took Clone KCM Naruto, Gaara, and Ohnoki to beat him and in the end they actually didn't beat him since he went into separated state.

To summarize, prime Ohnoki is weaker than Muu and Muu+Teen Ohnoki were eating dirt when they went up against Madara. So idk how you believe prime Onoki has a shot at beating EMS Madara Lol.

Didn't Madara beat the two of them with out PS? Lol. Also Muu has equal to if not superior Jinton as we have seen in the battle between the two of them and if you are taking into account the Jinton attack Ohnoki used to destroy all of those clone susano's, that was thanks to the aid of Tsunade giving her chakra to him, he alone was not capable of such a feat.
