This Kakashi novel in regards to Inari (That kid from Zabuza arc) referred that Naruto was once being held as a captive and they even gave more indepth to the Bloodprison. I know these novels are from the Bloodprison author but I heard that kishi was heavily present throughout these novels just like Naruto the Last. So does that mean the same thing apply to Blood Prison Movie??

Tbh, I don't really see any contradiction unless maybe a timeline.
The mere fact he knew Bee was a huge contradiction. He met him when he trained to control the Kyubi and they didn't separate all the way to Madara fight when Bee was hiding in a tentacle. Only after the end of Shippuden could they have went their own ways. This however doesn't fit in BP as Naruto didn't even have KCM.

I don't think it can just suddenly become canon. there were afew inconsistencies in that movie, like i remember naruto forming a rasengan like minato or jiraiya would.

Specifically? I mean, was inari actually mentioning that specific place?
Here's what Inari just said: “Which reminds me, Naruto-niichan, you were once thrown into Houzukijyou, right? But at any rate, you probably peeked in the women’s bath.”

Houzukijyou is a bloodprison location, you can simply look up in google and type that word.

How do you know it's a filler novel? Kishi was part in this.
When was that stated? All we know is that he drew th artwork and that he's going to do the spin-off. Who said that he was a part of it. And in any case, you know how things work, assuming that he was, while there is such an obvious gap with Bee, would be ridiculous.

Well yea I heard that Kishi oversees the novel just like the Last movie before giving approval. And yea I understand the timeline messed up, but this isn't the first time, look at how RTN turned out, these inconsistencies will always apply to Kishi logic

It's not the same, he worked directly or indirectly in both the latest movies and even if he gives his approval to this novel, he can't "canonize" a movie that was released so many years ago in which he had nothing to do with it. It's utterly ridiculous.
