Yes. Let's say if someone was performing handseals and then the earth began to shake, it would through of their train of thought and possibly cause them to mess up the seals. I don't see how it can assist me in a genjutsu situation tho.

"Indeed it can stop hand seals. However keep in mind that you cannot interrupt a move before the opponent makes their first offensive action. This means that if the first technique an opponent uses is one that requires hand seals and you interrupt it then you've broken time frame. But you're right on this. Now, genjutsu would be a bit trickier in my opinion. While this would cause them to lose their balance it probably won't cause them to lose their concentration."

Fairly easy. the composition of the mud is thicker than that of water and can blind a target, choke them, hinder movement slightly, and carries some low physical impact. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. The damage depends on the size of the cavern or rock lodging above or nearby the target and not on the amount of chakra used which doesn't need to be high. A large cave with a thick ceiling can easily do the physical damage equivalent to an A-Rank technique but due to the damage not being focused or chakra fueled, its also easily defendable.

Satoshi would perform a single hand seal as he focused his chakra into the ground. His chakra would seep under the earth structures he'd previously made. The stone would then soften and crumble down to the surface....

I think its a cool tech, also another jutsu that can be used to interrupt an enemy while in the middle if an action and also carry them backwards. Let's say if I wanted to solidify the mud so that their feet would be stuck, would I require a Katon jutsu or could I simply harden it with a earth jutsu?

There are no canon earth jutsu as far as I know off the top of my head that can just turn mud back into solid form. So yeah a katon of proper rank would work but bear in mind that mud can be flammable so that can set up some very useful combinations too. The mud would burn first turning it basically into flaming earth. Cool combination right?
Indeed lol. The next technique creates a dragon from the mud created in Earth Flow River that launches a bullet or bullets of mud at an opponent. Through the use of a fire technique you can ignite this mud creating a sort of pseudo lava as we talked about in the previous post. Of course you can create this from other mud too. Do your thing Laserman o-o! You probably recall this from the fight between Hiruzen and Orochimaru in Part 1!
