If we apply KCM Naruto's feats for Minato, he wins high diff. If not, whats the pratical difference between him and base Minato aside from speed?

Am I the only one who doesn't beleive minato received any speed boost in kcm at all. What did he actually do (with regards to speed), that was any different from his base?

He had one speed feat in KCM, which was blitzing kakashi and stopping him from killing obito. Impressive of course, but nothing he couldn't already do in base. All his Shunshin feats are interceptions anyway, and they all look the same.

Well for starters the speed difference between them is so vast that nothing Kabuto has will hit Minato so all we have to figure out is how Minato beats Kabuto and between giant Rasengans, FTG, Shadow Clones, etc, the win is easy.

Logically he should be able to but its not something I'd use in his feats arsenal because someone will always bring the "feats or can't happen" argument. Giant Rasegans should still be enough for Kabuto though.
