Team 1 wins. Hashirama should defeat Madara quite easily since he doesn't have Kurama and BSM Naruto is superior to BM Minato

Btw @Proto are you restricting Madara can fuse Susanoo to Minato's Kurama as well?

SM Hashirama w/ a boost from Naruto's Chakra, and with Naruto himself as help>>Minato and Madara's Iso Susanoo. BSM Naruto due to Sage Mode, has firepower superior to that of the Iso PS, which has the same firepower as BM Minato. Blades add nothing to the Bijuu Dama besides the fact that Hashirama can't catch them. The main thing is defensive power, but Hashirama already has enough to squash PS w/ the boost even if Madara himself gets a boost, and then we have Naruto who has the firepower to blow apart Minato's Avatar.

why do you think Hashirama can break through their fused avatars?

Chakra sharing is pretty irrelevant since Minato and Naruto can each give their partner a cloak.

I'll agree that the BM avatar is inferior to Madara's PS but I highly doubt that is true when it comes to BSM which multiplies the preexisting power of the original entity. BSM Naruto has far superior fire power to Madara and comparable if not superior durability.
