When people say counter for kamui

I would agree, but the databook has said the same thing with Amaterasu, that it cannot be countered. Yet, we have seen it countered dozens of times.

Intangibility was off to warp minato, minato played on Obito's intend to warp him, which is very situational and hardly cant be considered valid counter as minato has no real way to force Obito out of intangibility on whim.

Konan possessed detailed info on kamui. She had 600 BILLION paper bombs to deny any window for the warp, but this alone wasnt the problem, the problem was that for w/e reason Obito found himself in endless pit where he couldnt slip into the ground and move away from the area.


Therefore we have one plot situation where Obito took intangibility off and unexplained ability of Konan to create endless pit that made Obito's escape complicated. This said 'counters' are easily avoidable if Obito isnt plot induced with stupidity for story sake.

Shadow clones? When was that a canonical counter?

Wrong. Obito needs to become solid to attack, warp people in, or warp objects out; he cannot attack and be intangible at the exact same time.

It was explained in the Torune fight he needs to be solid to attack

Before you show me Obito striking Madara through the chest, Obito was solid when he struck. Intangibility was activared after he struck (to avoid Madara's attack). This does not prove Obito can attack and be solid at the same time unless you prove Obito had his intangibility active before he struck. Burden of proof is on you.

I believe Kakashi Already said this how Kamui Works . I think OP is telling about the Pros of Kamui neglecting his 5 minute duration he has to be Solid again .

Again Space time Ninjutsu is perfect Counter to Compete against Obito Kamui's Technique .

Cons of Kamui :
It is troublesome to use it if you are fighting against an Opponent . If he has basic idea of Kamui or either idea of it he will get loose end of Obito Weakness

Case1:
Torune was able to use his Poison attack on Obito when he unknowinly fought Obito During the time he was Solid . Torune has no idea how Obito ST works . But he found the little Chunk of Weakness which he was unaware of Course . Obito Realized Torune was no pushover he kamuied them in unknown Space.

Case 2:
Konan Knew little Weakness in Obito . She started making Ruckus of Paper bomb unknowingly so that there is little Chance obito has to be Solid at Some point .

Obito got blast off it he moved at last resort to Use Izanagi to prevent his death against Weaker Opponent like Konan .

a Rinnegan genjutsu should do the trick also if somthing harmful is sent to kamui land like clones or black flames then the user is totally effed.
