Ah, stop getting so awkward and flustered. Is this how you always are when people compliment you? Lol
Actually, I am. ._. I was also always too self-aware..which diminished somewhat as the years passed.

Dude, start working out again before spring arrives. I am in the U.K. atm and I can't go to the gym atm because I'm not employed yet.
I noticed a little roll on my lower belly, so now I do 200 pushups and 200 situps daily. I do my abs with this thing:

It's perfect and supports my back. I barely have to put in any effort and my core gets the perfect motion. If you don't have the motivation to work out much, just do these 3 things. 1. drink more water and tea and consume less crap. 2. abs. 3. pushups. That's all. Takes like 5 to 10 minutes a day

Okay, I see.

Yeah I got no money for the gym right now either. I have some weights here and a mat for sit ups. I don't have much body fat left. I was at like 10% back in July but after bad eating and laziness I'm back up to like 15-16 (maybe closer to 14, I'll have to check again). I don't drink any soda's or carbonated drinks anymore. All I drink is water and camomile tea. I plan on working out sometime this month to get in shape for spring. But is that all you do? 200 push-ups and 200 sit-ups and you leave it at that for the day? I always did planks to get my core more burned up before doing any crunches (and side planking too to strengthen the side abdomen).

aah that's good ^^ I drink chamomile tea and cardamom. If motivation is an issue for you like it is for me now, just force yourself to put your laptop on the floor and tense your core when browsing. I stay like that for 20 minutes or so, occasionally repping. When I read my manga, I read 2 pages, 20 pushups, 2 pages, 20 pushups, on and on. And when I'm up for it, I rep 50 pushups in one go, and a minute later another 50, and so on. And I run in outside with sprint intervals, dragging along my girlfriend's mum who is on a quest to lose weight.

Camomile calms me down too so that's a plus. That is the funniest but most innovative way of motivating one's self I've ever heard of haha. And I'll probably do some working out with my mother as well since she wants to lose a bit of weight too.
