Kishi basically confirmed Naruto will never win the Rasengan vs Chidori clash again. Since then Sasuke has gotten use to his Rinnegan, so he can absorb Jutsu while casting his own Jutsu.

Even when the manga is dead and over, Sasuke still gain feats.

While this is true, it won't matter. Losing Bijuu but gaining mastery won't mean anything in the long run since Naruto gained Full Kurama and lost nothing putting him theoretically above whatever Sasuke can do.

It's plausible. Naruto basically use chakra base attacks. Which is one of the reason Naruto was never able to damage Madara before his revival.
