You missed the point he was making and that was the manga says Sasuke chakra is more sinister not stronger. There is no fact to support Sasuke having stronger chakra than Kyuubi. Like I said earlier if Sasuke chakra was more powerful than Kyuubi then Sasuke should he have won the previous Rasengan vs Chidori clashes.

Definitely seems possible, it's not limited to dojutsu so I don't see why not.

Dude, don't waste your time arguing with someone who's foolish enough to even state a claim as dumb as that. Naruto handed out chakra that made hinata of all ppl able to block an attack from juubi, and clearly boosted shinobi's to kage levels and beyond, it's obvious he's just a hater, and his opinion can't be changed.
