I will be your administrator for this test and the rules are as followed:
- Rules and Regulations according to Rei.
- All basic elements up to your current rank are to be used.
- Custom jutsu(s) and Custom element(s) are disallowed.
- Terrain: Grassy plain with surrounding trees on the outskirts or a volcanic field depending on your elemental preferences.

I will be using Minato Namikaze bio for this test.

No one other than Dark Sage and the participant may post here. If required, administrators/moderators and official senseis can input their opinion as well.
Personal Note; Try your best through out the examination, the passing conditions are surviving through out the rounds or defeating me, the judgments will be based on basic battling skills i.e; tool usage types of techs you use and how you make use of the conditions like surrounding and others...
