Will Sasuke get a new arm?

nah Sasuke doesn't deserve a permanent new arm, that's why he refused it, he has made huge mistakes and he must remember them forever, going on a trip alone is not enough.
also he tried to killed his best friend with that arm, the one whom saved him from himself, it's symbolic.

Sasuke punishing himself by not getting a new arm is unnecessary as it doesn't help anyone. Its like if Zuko in avatar chose not to heal his scar since he accepts it as a part of him. The problem with this is that his father gave him that scar for a mistake that wasn't really his fault.

The main difference is that the scar has always been a huge part of Zuko's character like Kakashi's sharingan was a big part of his character.

We haven't seen Sasuke very much with 1 arm so its not been a defining part of his character for very long. We saw him for like 22 seconds in The Last movie which is the only time we see him without a arm yet his left arm stump is covered by his cloak in The Last not counting the last chapter of the manga.

The idea of a 1 armed swordsmen is cool but Sasuke has so many ways of getting a arm so I don't see the point of him punishing himself.

doesn't matter if it's necessary or not, he refused the arm Tsunade was making for him because he doesn't want any help in general and left the village again because he's a lonely wolf.

with or without an arm, it's still Sasuke and it suits him to deal with a physical disability more than anybody else in the NV imo because of his peculiar personality.

Sasuke left before Tsunade finished making the arm so this doesn't mean Sasuke decided never to get a new arm.

Sasuke can instantly create new arms with his rinnegan so he doesn't need help from anyone to get a new arm. Most people in Sasuke's situation would get annoyed at having 1 arm and decide to make them self a new arm eventually.

It possible that Sasuke felt guilty so he decided not to get a new arm yet. However he can still decide to get a new arm in the future when he feels more at peace with himself if this is the reason he hasn't got a new arm.
