Amaterasu is not instant

Lets take a fraction like 1/1000.

1/1000 = 0.001

Now when that number at the bottom (1000) gets enormous, near, or tending to infinity, that fraction is basically going to become 0. So for our fraction we have time equals distance over speed. When someone claims Amaterasu is instant, they are claiming that it has a infinite speed, theres no speed at all, it just appears there.

No matter what the distance is, in math, anything divided by infinity equals zero because infinity is monstrous compared to any normal number we can come up with. So if distance over speed equals zero then it means time equals zero and that means you have literally zero time to dodge.

Now we all know Ay dodged Amaterasu but the only way possible for Ay to have dodged Amaterasu is if its speed is not infinite, which means Amaterasu is not instant. I use to think Ays reflexes were just that damn good but if the move was instant it would still be impossible for him to dodge since the time available to react is zero. So to conclude, Amaterasu has a finite speed and that means theres always something that can be faster than it.

I believe the correct speed for Amaterasu is the speed of someone's vision capturing light (ergo Light speed theoretically)

Instead of typing what I didn't read, you could've posted the pic of Ay dodging it.

Or Ay, like Obito, simply saw chakra being transferred to the eye.

Of course it's not instant. Otherwise, Ay, who doesn't even have instant teleportation, wouldn't have been able to evade it.... but he did just that in canon.

This should be obvious as Ay was able to react to it and he doesn't move instantly.

If it was instant, it would be the most haxxed technique in the manga. There would be no escaping it.

The speed is depend on how fast an Ms user molding chakra through his eyes and then channel it to the marked location and then starts to burn like how you light up the flame

Wasn't this already established (long ago) ?? Raikage dodged it, Jubito blocked it using a stick (it doesn't just appear on the target).
