Description: User utilizing his fire chakra, inhales and spits out a cloud of ash which begins to envelope his opponent and explodes when the user clicks his teeth.
However, this jutsu will cause major damage to his skin and lungs if the user doesn't escape before it explodes.

I spit a cloud of burning ash not in your direction, and when i felt a little of pain in my lungs, i click my teeths, and an explosion started to burn everything (I'm kind of pyromaniac D: )

*i make the kirin fall on a near by mountain*

umm look out for that kind of move, this is something you must take care for in battle because you must occupy your foe while creating the clouds and using kirin

also the clouds take a full turn to be created so remember this

Ok, but i have one question about kirin. If i do the Katon: Goryuka no jutsu, my oppenent has to wait for his turn, or he has to wait his second turn after i use the Katon jutsu??

well that is still being debated
but the rule is make the clouds with Goryuka then wait 1 turn and then take control of the lightning with chidori to attack.

but its still debated if the 1 turn rule is for both the kation user and his foe

no this would give only 1/3 of the damage,
if each hit in separate locations, so do it again but this time make the fireballs join mid-air.

but of course this is great for tactical attacks by shotting them each at a time
