This is Sasuke after the Juubito fight, and this is War Arc SM Naruto.

Who wins?

Nothing Naruto uses will touch him and Sasuke's pre-cognition is too good to even be touched in CQC (although reluctance of getting into it with Frog Kata is threatening). Free access to Enton at basically all times gives him the win. FRS is dodged by foot speed which gives Naruto like one viable option, using Taijutsu, and Sasuke could end it with Kagutschi of the same manner that he used to save him and Naruto in Kaguya's ice world (the protruding multi spikes). Likewise, all summons are burnt to a crisp, so I don't see what Naruto has going for him here.

Sasuke tracking flying Jubito means squat because it doesn't mean he can beat Jubito in CQC.

This is someone who has better combat speed than Sasuke, is way more physically powerful (one strike could KO him), has the ability to sense Sasukes attacks and match his rhythm/speed at the last second to counter (

), higher durability (can tank Sasukes strikes), then the ability to throw kicks/punches with an invisible (Sharingan proof) extended range that Sasuke cant see or sense. When he goes to dodge Narutos attack (giving him the benefit of the doubt that he actually can and Naruto won't just match his rhythm and pummel him) he gets the same treatment Pain got and gets hurt if not KO'd.

Forget what I said about the frog kata, that was probably wrong. I think Sasuke wins this matchup, though, since he can avoid getting caught in CQC and his perception and shunshin can evade Naruto's rasengan/rasenshuriken variants.
