I had an thought, maybe the National Security knows that the thiefs (aka the cast) are using Personas or whatever?
We saw those guys in suits, maybe that's them, besides, the way The Phantom entered that place, people would know that he had super-human abilities, so that means Personas will be know wolrd-wide?

Not world-wide, but I do believe more people than just the cast know of Personas.

The average citizen will still be ignorant over the whole ''other-self'', but the government is definitely aware of it. There is no reason to believe this is a different universe from the other Persona games, therefore the government already knows of Personas due to the existance of the Shadow Operatives. (A government supported Persona group)

True, that means that maybe we'll get a persona user against the P5 cast

That is pretty likely. There hasn't been a single Persona game without a fight between Persona-users.

Persona 1: Kandori vs Persona 1 cast

Persona 2: Masked Circle vs Persona 2 cast.

Persona 3: Strega vs Persona 3 cast.

Persona 4: Adachi vs Persona 4 cast

I'll be using that third one. Thanks Naoya :D
No problem, Souji!

The problem, is that if it's National Security, they'd either call the Shadow Operatives or Naoto
So P5 cast will fight them o_O?

I'm betting that the dudes in the suits aren't really security. They're probably the bad guys and/or demons, who represent the control/submission that Phantom and co. are attempting to break free from. Sort of like the Agents in "The Matrix", if you get what I mean.

Anyways, as a small break from the P5 madness (which we could all use, haha) I'll be posting my Top 25 songs list in a bit. Stay tuned

Does anyone have a few words to say about the cast, so far, or what their personality may be like?

So, what your favorite pairings?
I rarely get involved in the whole "shipping" business, but Persona is one of the few exceptions.

-Tatsuya/Maya
-Yosuke/Chie
-Minato/Aegis

Does anyone have a few words to say about the cast, so far, or what their personality may be like?
I'm still thinking that through, haha.

I'd say because of the patterns that the Protagonist's Best friend is a little perverted, the girl hates the protagonist's best friend and the cat will make puns

...This is interesting. The ''Phantom thief'' and ''Gentleman thief'' seems to be a famous trope in Japan. I was reading through some previous ''Phantom'' characters in Japan and came across this:

''Jack, also known as Joker, the phantom thief from the anime and manga "Kaitou Joker" (Mysterious Joker) along with Spade, Queen, and Silver Heart.''

Does anyone have a few words to say about the cast, so far, or what their personality may be like?

I really want to get to know them better. They seem interesting enough.

So, what your favorite pairings?
Same as Magatsu, I'm not really into pairings. The only one that ever really got me was Minato/Mitsuru.

OH U DID NOT JUST SAY THAT. 1v1 ME.

Kidding, kidding. That's why I never bother with the pairing discussions and such, all it does it make people argue -_-
I don't really care what people think of my choice. lol I absolutely loved how Minato saved her from her arranged marriage.

Ultimax? Sure.

I know, haha, same here. I was just mocking the absurdity of all the pairing bashing that I see going on in NB and everywhere else, really.

Ultimax? Sure.
...well played, Naoya. Well played.

Here is my Top 25 list of Persona OSTs, spanning 1 through 4 and hopefully providing some more variety in comparison to the list we got during the stream.

Now obviously this is subjective, but I tried to be as objective as possible when ranking them (even though I feel like they could all be interchanged on some days). Heck, I didn't even put my favorite track on the list because all the others I've listed are probably better in terms of appeal and quality.

Videos and small justifications/comments can be found inside the spoilers (although it's mostly my ramblings). Enjoy :)

25 - "Kimi no Tonari / Main Theme A/B" (P2)

The ending theme of Innocent Sin. Arranged instrumental versions of the song are used during the course of the game. And with good reason: it's quite a beautiful melody.

24 - "Pandora" (P1)

The final boss theme from the Persona 1. While it may not be as grandiose as some of the other orchestral masterpieces in the series, it's definitely memorable (and good) enough to deserve a spot on this list.

23 - "Master of Shadow" (P3)

Some classic P3 jamz right here. Plays during the tougher, mid-floor Shadow battles in Tartarus. That piano section with the singing "doo doo dooooo ahh ahh"... CLASSIC!

22 - "Corner of Memories" (P4)

If listening to this doesn't transport you straight back to popping in P4 to your PS2 when you first played through it, I don't know what will.

21 - "Pursuing my True Self" (P4)

"I swim in a sea of the emotions"... CLASSIC!!! You'd be lying if you said this wasn't the most damn awesome opening at the time you first heard it. So nostalgic.

20 - "Maya's Theme" (P2)

One of the most beloved compositions for one of the most beloved characters to come of out the P2 duology. Such a key theme in the game, it will motivate you when needed and hit you right in the feels when needed, thanks to its numerous arranged versions. I think the "sad" version is the best one, but all of them deserve a listen.

19 - "Reasoning" (P4)

One of the best and most memorable compositions to come out of P4. Nuff' said.

18 - "Memories of the School" (P3)

If you didn't have to use every fiber in your body to prevent from tearing up during a certain scene where this was used, you're lying. But, even if you take the impact of the scene away, you're still left with a damn beautiful song.

17 - "A New World Fool" (P4)

"This world... is shit!".
Adachi's boss theme. Classic.

16 - "Heartful Cry" (P3:FES)

It might be unfamiliar to those who haven't played "The Answer" in P3FES, but this is damn epic. Definitely worth its spot.

15 - "Like a Dream Come True" (P4)

GUARANTEED to take you back. Classic. Can't say much else, it's just so damn good.

14 - "Long Way" (P4)

Personally, this is my favorite dungeon theme in P4. It's a wonderful mix that gives you a sense of the cast's hope and despair at the same time.

13 - "Heaven" (P4)

Even though Long Way is my favorite, I can't objectively rank it higher than this legendary classic. Captured the atmosphere of the dungeon PERFECTLY.

12 - "Aria of the Soul"

Welcome to the Velvet Room. Classic.

11 - "Dream of Butterfly" (P1)

The highly underrated title theme from P1, ruined by an underwhelming opening. As such, I've chosen to include a much more appealing visual stimulus so you can get the most out of the song.

10 - "Mist" (P4)

Epic. Epic. Epic.

9 - "SMILE" (P4)

Classic. Gave me good vibes then, and still does now. Dat section with the synth U.U

8 - "Bloody Destiny" (P1)

This is the Persona 1 boss theme. One of the best of it's kind in the series (instrumental/female vocals). The part where she sings "can you... let me out..." (or something like that) is so damn beautiful. You definitely have to give it a listen, you'll see what I mean.

7 - "Knights of the Holy Lance" (P2)

The greatest masterpiece to come out of P2. Just listen. This is the song that plays before Tatsuya turn up his swag to maximum level.

6 - "The Battle for Everyone's Souls" (P3)

"The arcana is the means by which all is revealed..."

Definitely my favorite boss battle in the entire series. Classic.

5 - "Mass Destruction" (P3)

BABYBABYBABYBAAABY

Classic, no need for explanation. Objectively speaking, I think Lotus Juice raps better on the FES version, so I'll put that one here. But that's really the only major difference between the two iterations.

4 - "Reach out to the Truth" (P4)

Self-explanatory.

3 - "Burn my Dread" (P3)

The main theme of the game that made Persona what it is today in the West. Does any more really need to be said? Classic.

2 - "I'll Face Myself" (P4)

This masterpiece (and all its variants) truly embodies the very essence of Persona 4's main theme of accepting yourself and transforms it into one of the most epic boss themes of all time. Classic.

Honorable Mention - JOKER (P2)

This might need a little explaining. This song (and the in-game character group that sings it) was based off a popular female J-Pop group at the time, called D&D.

Anyways, given the scene that it was played during and the nature of the song, it needs a place in this list somewhere just because of how different it is.

1 - "Kimi no Kioku" (P3)

Deserves nothing less than the #1 spot.
