for this one you form the handseals, and then generate lightning-based chakra in ur palms that you can whip around in order to attack ur opponent by forming that lightning based chakra into a whip, so try it out on that tree over there.

After handseals,I generated a lightning base chakra from both of my palms.Two electrical Whips emerge from the palms and I start whipping the tree from many distances,some from short and some from mid range.After each hit,sparks grow from the tree and it causes a small burn leaving the tree with multiple whip scars.

Try it out on that bullseye over there. First attack only one with it, and then the next time you try it, make it separate to attack a whole row with it.

After the handseals,I focus lightning chakra into my gullet,once my chest is full,I exhale with force.A lightning spear comes out from my mouth and hits the bullseye.It went straight through the center and it is still charged with electricity.

Now for multiple targets,I spit out another spear of lightning.When it comes close to the five bullseyes lined up ,it separated into five smaller spears and shocked them~
