Background Info.
History:
Alucard was born in ancient times in Kirigakure. He, along with his friends had to fight against each other in one-on-one duels to the death in order to move on into the ranks of the ninja. He was gifted with great fight skill and he had the ''luck'' of winning the fight against his friends. He successfully graduated into higher ranks and although he had grown in a violent environment he wasn't an aggressive person, by the contrary, he was peaceful and kind and only fought when he was forced to.
When he was powerful enough he decided to move on to another country and found the Fire Temple. The Temple was located in an area surrounded by forests and was overflowing with nature. It was the ideal place of Alucard to stay. He turned one of the Fire Temple's monk and as the strongest monk, he was responsible for the safety of the Temple and he soon learned the way of the Gift of the Hermit Group which was a special type of chakra Fire Temple monks used. Then he decided to form a group of strong shinobis capable of protecting the Fire Temple and the Fire Daimyo This was how the 12 Ninja Guardians were born. He nominated the first 12 ninjas to protect the Fire Temple and the Fire Daimyo and as they died, they were substituted by others. Unfortunately, Alucard lived long enough to testify the coup d'etat against the Hokage. Six out of the twelve guardians betrayed the Hokage and Alucard, but they were stopped by the other loyal six guardians.
Alucard was afraid he wasn't stronger enough to stop another coup d'etat so he went back to Kirigakure in order to became stronger and stayed there, for intense trainning. There, he met a little female child named Mei Terumī. He found her very kind and he took her as his student. During the time they passed they developed a really strong bond of friendship. Alucard never knew from which were his origins so he always had the habit of asking people from where they were. Mei explained him her origins and Alucard knew most people of her clan, so he searched on Kirigakure's secret library for more info. He was surprised when he found that Mei was his press in 3rd degree. He read stories of an ancient old clan which was known for having two kekkei genkais and was feared for that. Both of them were feared and very powerfull. They were Lava and Boil elements. As Alucard was trying to became stronger (that's why he first went back to Kirigakure) he asked Mei for more info on the abilities as most of the books containing that info were destroyed. Mei said she naturally awaken those powers and that so would Alucard. He trainned hardly but he just couldn't awake his powers, until one day.. The day were a young punk named Orochimaru tried to kidnap her for his own experiences. Alucard fought against him and was almost at the point of giving up, however, he suddenly felt a burning interior energy that wanted to come out. This, was the moment when he awake his kekkei genkai. Alucard developed his Lava Release ability which helped him to defeat Orochimaru, however , he couldn't awake the Boil element. Alucard soon realized Mei was a gifted shinobi with great skills, skills which would even surpass him.
Once mastered his Lava Release Element, and once sure Mei was powerful enough to live by herself, he let her by herself. He went back to the Fire Temple to ensure it's safety and has lived long enough to be proud of his student, which is now the 5th Mizukage of the Hidden Mist Village.

First of all, dont even say i can't have Lava because i know that and i have something to support the fact of having it.
It's Bisha's CE, Yonbi's and 5th Mizukage's abilities, but Lava is also Mei's KG, and a KG isn't restricted to a person.
''Kekkei Genkai (血継限界; Literally meaning "a technique limited to inheritance by blood" or "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans.''
And note that i didnt put Rain jutsus on this bio, just to restrict it more so it wouldn't be oped. Also, i didnt put Boil as element, i only made my bio have Lava and not both so it wouldn't be oped.
I hope Kaito/Roku/Emperor take this into consideration and if possible talk with Rei or Nexus about this. It's a Naruto Manga's official KG and is not from a filler. I dont have toons of abilities or elements, by the contrary.
It shouldn't count for nothing on this case but i'm a sensei. Only senseis can achieve MS, so this could be another abilitie only able to be used by senseis which have shown they're battle skills and responsabilities by passing the needed tests and teaching ppl here on NB
If by any means this is approved i hope people dont start going crazy doing Lava and Boil bios
